| With the continuous development of industrial technology around the world and the surge of global population,electricity consumption is also greatly increased,followed by the increase of the number of power meters and meter reading work,which leads to the existing electricity meter technology and manpower on the market is greatly insufficient,so remote automatic meter reading technology arises at the historic moment.This paper is based on Narrow Band Internet of Things(NB-Io T)technology power instrument close to the "Internet+" technology trend,comprehensive market demand to develop a remote automatic copy system.The design combines STM32 single-chip computer as the system chip,combined with power module,wireless communication technology,concentrator module and a series of peripheral devices to design a rich function,high precision power instrument.At the same time,the external NB-Io T wireless communication technology realizes the wireless transmission of power data,and effectively improves the accuracy and reliability of the remote meter reading service..Specific work of this article includes:(1)Based on the history of power instrument in countries around the world and the world Internet of things technology application cases,combined with China’s national conditions,designed a combination of narrow band Internet of things technology power instrument design,including system architecture,hardware design,software design,communication system design and feasibility analysis.(2)In terms of hardware design,STM32F103 chip is selected as the main control chip of instrument to realize real-time reading of power instrument data;Si4432 chip is the control chip of power node module to realize the demand energy of MCU,three-phase AC sampling function adopts ZMCT103 Z,and wireless communication module adopts NB-IOT module to realize wireless data transmission.At the same time,the system is equipped with electromagnetic compatibility module to avoid the electromagnetic influence of the surrounding environment and the power instrument.(3)In terms of software design,combined with the application scenario and actual requirements,the design and development environment,software module function,database and system display interface are designed to realize the organic combination of software and hardware.(4)Verify the function of power instrument design.Through the statistical analysis of multiple groups of experimental data,the power instrument reaches the accuracy requirement of 0.5S.After detailed research and verification,the system designed in this paper basically achieves the expected effect,and the relevant design scheme has technical and economic feasibility,which provides effective remote automatic monitoring scheme for power enterprises and power users,and has certain application and promotion value. |
