Nowadays,the issue of environment is becoming more and more prominent,and the requirements of monitoring environment are also getting higher and higher.Traditional monitoring methods often exist a lot of problems,such as the inefficiency of management,abnormal circumstances which can not be timely monitored and processed,the need of placing a large number of lines and so on.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a warehouse environment monitoring system based on Internet of Things,and the system includes acquisition terminal device,communication forwarding device,local data monitoring device,remote monitoring software and so on.The main contents are as follows:1.The main functions of acquisition terminal device are collecting remote warehouse environment data and processing abnormal circumstances.The acquisition terminal device that uses the chip of CC2530 is placed in many remote warehouses which need to be monitored,can connect different types of sensors,can timely collect and display the environmental data of each remote warehouse,can handle environmental abnormalities automatically and so on.2.Communication forwarding device mainly realizes the identification of the IC card and the control of data communication.The device that uses the chip of STM32F103,connects RF reader module and provides a variety of communication interfaces.After the communication forwarding device correctly identifies the IC card placed by the user,normal data communication can be achieved between the collection terminal device and the local data monitoring device.3.Local data monitoring device is used to monitor the entire warehouse environment by the warehouse staff.This device which is used the chip of STM32F401,can connect a variety of external sensors to get the real-time environmental data;can display the real-time data from their own device and communication forwarding device through the LCD screen;can achieve manual or automatic handling of abnormal environmental conditions;and can ensure the data communication between the communication device andremote monitoring software.4.Remote monitoring software has a lot of functions,such as the storage and management of the entire warehouse data and so on.This monitoring software written by Microsoft MFC,can keep real-time data communication with the local data monitoring device,can display the entire warehouse environmental information,which is stored in the database;can set the upper and lower threshold of the key environmental data and so on.5.The functions of the entire warehouse monitoring system.After debugging,each device works well and can cooperate with each other,the environmental monitoring system can normally and stably monitor the entire warehouse.This system has completed the integration of a variety of intelligent and information technology,has achieved the functions of a warehouse environment monitoring system based on Internet of Things,and great practical application value.
