| At present,the structural design is mostly based on independent structural calculation software for structural analysis,and then the two-dimensional CAD is used to design the construction drawing with the flat method as the expression.For complex structures,BIM remoulding is carried out by CAD drawings,and then the deepening design is carried out.The direct use of BIM model to structural analysis model,to the construction drawings for the characteristics of the forward design is less.On the one hand,the current BIM software cannot convert BIM model into structural analysis model well,and the reusability of BIM model is poor.On the other hand,the existing mainstream structural design software adopts the flat drawing mode,which lacks the data of the distribution of reinforcement in the section.It is difficult to manually complete the deepening design of reinforcement in BIM components.BIM forward design can well solve the reusability of BIM model,and multi-use of one model can improve efficiency and reduce costs,which can fully reflect the application value of BIM.BIM deepening design can well solve the distribution problem of component reinforcement.Therefore,this paper takes BIM forward design and deepening design as the research object,and the main research contents and results are as follows :(1)Research on structural modeling based on BIM platform.According to the characteristics of structural modeling,combined with the operation interface of BIM software and the secondary development of BIM software,the structural axis network modeling,structural elevation modeling and structural component modeling based on BIM platform are studied.Design structure modeling plug-in interface;compile structural modeling plug-in based on BIM platform and encapsulate the plug-in and BIM platform as a whole.The structure modeling based on BIM platform is realized,and the problems of nonstandard structure modeling and difficult data extraction in BIM structure forward design are solved.(2)Research on model conversion between BIM and ANSYS.According to the characteristics of BIM structure model and ANSYS parametric modeling,the realization form of model conversion is studied.The data of the whole structure information,axis information and component information in BIM structure model are extracted and stored,and the corresponding program is compiled.The physical interface,key point interface,component interface,meshing interface and structural analysis interface of BIM model and model transformation are studied,and the corresponding program is written.Encapsulate the model transformation plug-in with BIM platform.Through this study,the sharing of Revit model to Ansys model is realized,and the structural analysis and design in BIM forward design are completed.(3)Research on component deepening design based on BIM.According to the characteristics of reinforcement modeling in BIM,combined with the provisions of structural design specifications and construction requirements,the discrete relationship between commonly used reinforcement and component section size is studied,and the reinforcement configuration library in beam section and column section are established.The section reinforcement selection algorithm is proposed to realize the reinforcement selection in beam-column section,and the reinforcement deepening design of BIM component based on data driven is studied.Compile deepen design plug-in and package with BIM platform.The parametric modeling and 3D visualization interactive design of BIM rebar based on data driven are realized. |
