In recent years,the output of agricultural products in China shows a good upward trend,and consumers have higher and higher requirements for fresh food.Since the 13th five year plan was issued by the state,many laws and policies have been issued to support the development of cold chain logistics.These measures have made the cold chain logistics industry obtain greater development space,and the quality of fresh agricultural products has been better guaranteed and improved.At the same time,with the trend of economic globalization and the rise of the concept of low-carbon environmental protection,the cold chain logistics industry has also begun to actively transform and study the balanced development of low-carbon logistics and enterprise economic benefits.In the cold chain logistics system,the carbon emissions generated in the distribution process has a large optimization space.Firstly,this paper analyzes the basic mode and characteristics of cold chain logistics distribution of agricultural products in China,introduces the low-carbon logistics theory and vehicle routing optimization theory,and summarizes the necessity and important role of cold chain logistics distribution path optimization from the perspective of low-carbon.Secondly,the carbon emission in the process of distribution is converted into distribution cost by carbon tax mechanism in this paper.At the same time,the fresh loss cost,refrigeration cost,transportation cost and other costs in the process of distribution are included in the cost.Combined with the actual situation,this paper sets the time window of customer acceptable service and the upper limit of vehicle load as the constraints.At the same time,the cost function of carbon emission is introduced to integrate the cost.Considering the distribution cost and environmental factors,this paper constructs the optimization model of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics vehicle distribution path with minimum total cost and low carbon and environmental protection.Thirdly,this paper describes the basic principle of genetic algorithm in detail,and aiming at the defect of premature convergence of genetic algorithm,designs multi population improved genetic algorithm to enhance the global search ability of the algorithm.Finally,a practical example is used to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm.From the qualitative and quantitative point of view,this paper proves that considering carbon emission factors can effectively reduce the total cost of cold chain logistics distribution,which has a certain reference value for cold chain logistics enterprises to transform into environment-friendly enterprises and the development of green economy.
