In recent years,the consumption of fresh frozen meat products in China has been increasing,while fresh frozen meat products are perishable,and needs to be in a low temperature state in all logistics links,especially in the delivery link.At the same time,consumers are paying more and more attention to the freshness and health and safety of fresh food,so higher requirements are put forward for the distribution link of fresh frozen meat products.In addition,with the proposal of the national dual-carbon goal and the popularization of electric vehicles,the use of clean electric vehicles to replace traditional fuel vehicles in the logistics and distribution industry has become the trend of the times.Therefore,the study of fresh frozen meat products logistics and distribution based on electric vehicles has certain significance for reducing carbon emissions and improving competitiveness of enterprises.This paper constructs an electric vehicle routing optimization model considering the influence of load on the power consumption rate,and a complete charging strategy model and a partial charging strategy model were constructed based on different charging strategies,taking the minimum total cost as the objective function,wherein the total cost includes the fixed cost of vehicles,the flexed cost of vehicles,the charging cost,the cooling cost,the penalty cost of time windows and the freshness loss cost,and the constraint conditions include the vehicle capacity constraint,the vehicle driving path constraint,the vehicle power constraint,etc;Then the improved genetic algorithm is designed in combination with the genetic algorithm and the hill climbing,and is verified using the Solomon data set,the results show that the improved genetic algorithm has significantly improved the convergence speed and optimization ability compared with the traditional genetic algorithm;Finally,A comparative analysis is made of the total cost and various costs of different time windows when different charging strategies are used.The results show that whether the full charging strategy or the partial charging strategy is used,with the reduction of customer time window requirements,the time window penalty cost and the total distribution cost continue to decline,regardless of customer time window requirements,The charging cost of using the partial charging strategy is about 50%less than that of the full charging strategy.The research conclusion of this paper provides a theoretical basis for exploring the application of electric refrigerator vehicles in the fresh frozen meat products distribution industry,and provides decision support for enterprises to reduce costs,increase efficiency and save energy and reduce emissions,which has important practical significance.
