Research On Financial Risk Management Of Internet Media Enterprises

Internet media enterprises are a new form of business produced under the reform of science and technology industry in recent years.They have the attributes of both Internet and media industry.With the use of Internet technology as a media,they realize digital,diversified and technological dissemination of pictures,language,video and other information.Because the Internet technology is more iterative and rapid,the impact of the technology is strong,the industry competition is fierce,and the industry risk increases.Internet media enterprises are growing brutally in a complex and changeable environment.The external competitive environment and internal management risks always threaten the sustainable development of enterprises,which leads to the occurrence of financial risks.In this context,Internet media enterprises need to strengthen standardized operation and improve risk prevention awareness.Therefore,it is very important to study the financial risk management of Internet media enterprises.This paper takes Shenzhou Taiyue,an Internet media enterprise,as an example,and focuses on the financial risk management of the company,including the identification,evaluation and control process of financial risks,the purpose is to find out what financial risks the company has,which risks should be paid attention to,and what measures should be taken to avoid risks.The research shows that: first,the financial risk of Shenzhou Taiyue includes financing risk,investment risk,operation risk and development risk.Through the calculation of the efficacy coefficient method,it was found that Shenzhou Taiyue presented a mild warning in 2017 and 2018,and presented a moderate warning in 2019.According to the F-score numerical model,the financial situation of 2019 from 2016 to 2020 is very dangerous,and the financial situation of other years is within the safe range.Second,the reasons for the financial risks of Shenzhou Taiyue Company are both internal reasons and external environmental factors.In terms of internal reasons,financing risk management level is low;second,investment risk management is unscientific;third,operational risk management is insufficient;fourth,cash flow risk management effect is poor.In terms of external factors,it is mainly affected by the political and legal environment,financial environment,market environment and technology environment.Finally,this paper gives shenzhou Taiyue financial risk control suggestions based on the analysis results.First is to expand financing channels to enhance the level of financing risk management;second is rational investment to enhance financial risk resistance;third is to strengthen working capital risk management;fourth is to improve the budget process to ensure the effectiveness of cash flow management;fifth is to improve the internal control system to establish financial risk awareness.
