Research On Financial Risk Management Of Z Semiconductor Company

Financial risk Management is a method for enterprises to identify problems in their operations and management through relevant financial data,understand the financial crisis faced by the enterprise,take effective measures to mitigate financial risks,timely detect and respond to potential financial crises,and improve the quality of enterprise management.As a high-tech industry,the semiconductor industry requires a large amount of capital investment in research and development,production,and operation,and such enterprises are prone to financial risks in financial management.This paper takes Z Semiconductor Company as an example and takes financial risk as the research object.This paper is divided into five parts: Firstly,it elaborates on the background,purpose,significance,research methods and content of the topic,and introduces the research results and current research status of domestic and foreign experts.Secondly,define the concepts of financial risk,financial risk identification,and financial risk control.Thirdly,explain the current development status of the semiconductor industry,introduce the overview and financial status of Z Semiconductor Company,and identify financial risks.Fourthly,After initial selection and entropy screening of the indicators,a financial risk evaluation index system with 4 secondary indicators and 12 tertiary indicators is ultimately established.By comparing and analyzing various financial risk assessment models,the efficacy coefficient method is selected and improved,and calculated based on the financial data of Z Semiconductor Company over the years.Finally,based on the results of risk identification and evaluation and the principles of financial risk control,specific measures for financial risk control of Z Semiconductor Company were proposed.The research results help Z Semiconductor Company fully understand the financial risks it faces,take relevant measures to avoid financial risks,reduce financial risk levels,enhance industry competitiveness,and also provide reference and reference for other enterprises in the semiconductor industry.
