Research On Financial Risk During Transformation And Development Period Of HNRB Newspaper Group

The endless stream of new media has had a huge impact on the development of traditional newspapers.The loss of readers,the sharp decline in circulationand advertising revenue are becoming more apparently.The newspaper group,which is mainly engaged in the newspaper industry,began to explore the path of transformation and development.The financial risks in the process of transformation and development are objective and unavoidable.Especially in the current economic new normal,the market environment is complex and changeable,and the industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The evaluation and control of the financial risks of the newspaper group during the transition period require the management of the group to attach great importance.This paper takes the HNRB newspaper group in the transitional development period as the research object,and takes the research on financial risk related research domestic and abroad as the theoretical basis.First of all,it sorts out the transformation development path and financial risk management status of China's newspaper industry group.Then identify the financial risks in the financing,investment,operation and non-financial indicators of the HNRB newspaper group based on their financial data.Based on the identified risks,construct a financial risk assessment indicator system and analyze the characteristics of different financial risk assessment methods.Select AHP to determine the weight of different financial risk assessment indicators,and then use the improved efficacy coefficient method to determine the scores and comprehensive scores of different financial risk assessment indicators.The results of the scoring show that HNRB Newspaper Group's 2015 financial risk is in the light police range.The financial risks in 2016 and 2017 are in the middle police range.In particular,the profitability risk and development capability risk need to be continuously concerned.Finally,based on the results of financial risk assessment and industry characteristics,the corresponding financial risk prevention measures are proposed.The research results will help HNRB Newspaper Group to understand its own financial risks more comprehensively,take effective preventive measures in a timelymanner,actively respond to financial risks,promote the sustainable development of enterprises,and provide other newspaper groups with the same transition period.
