Research And Optimization Of Quality Issue Management Of Powertrain Products Under Research

Quality issue management is a necessary method and means of product process management.As the initial and core link of product development,the power of product quality management in R & D stage is even more so.The research and development of quality issue management system has great practical significance for the improvement of the efficiency of solving product quality issues and the improvement of product quality level.Firstly,this paper studies the current situation of quality issue management and the development of information means at home and abroad.At present,information means have been applied in all links of product development and production.Combined with a series of pain points highlighted in the process of quality issue management,such as lagging mode,low efficiency and data compliance,this paper puts forward the necessity and urgency of developing and implementing quality issue management system in this case enterprise.Secondly,aiming at the common quality management theory 8D’s simplified theory 5D theory,which is the embodiment of the summary and refinement of the current case enterprise’s quality issue management process.Based on the 5D theory,this paper makes a logical research on this theory,and then constructs the logic of the quality issue management system and realizes the system function.Finally,as a service platform,the quality issue management system has the characteristics of continuous iterative update.Therefore,this paper studies and establishes a set of optimization research system based on system improvement iteration,which is a systematic scheme from user questionnaire survey,result data analysis to the realization of optimization scheme.Moreover,the prioritization of system improvement suggestions shown in the process of data analysis of survey results is a typical multi-attribute decision-making issue.Therefore,a multi-attribute decision-making model based on grey correlation analysis and TOPSIS is is proposed,and the core point of system improvement is obtained.The online and continuous improvement of the quality issue management system has achieved immediate good results in the quality process management of the enterprise in this case,and improved the quality management ability and product quality of the enterprise’s products under research.
