With the rapid development of China's automobile industry,automobile production continues to expand the scale of powertrain development is the core of automotive research and development system,and the need to test,a large number of repeated,large amounts of data generated in the experiment is the core of the core.According to these data,engineers can be optimized,and most of the current domestic design;test in the generated data is stored discretely in various industrial control computer and hybrid storage in the form of structured and unstructured data;this leads to test not only cumbersome maintenance and poor sharing,test historical data back problems.These problems are particularly prominent in the background of rapid development of domestic cars in recent years.Based on the test data are generated according to the in-depth analysis and Research on performance test and durability test,and according to the characteristics of powertrain development and test related management requirements,the establishment of a dynamic B/S architecture assembly test data management system based on.The main contents of this work are as follows:(1)according to the characteristics of the powertrain test data of the discrete data storage and performance of structured,through the data synchronization tool the similar data synchronization,centralized storage of the storage in the corresponding database using the database in the library;the reverse technology,using the framework of the corresponding method,the database related parameters in discrete centralized configuration a configuration file,according to the library database algorithm,find the data switch to the corresponding database,centralized management of discrete structured data.The comparison verifies the function effect of heterogeneous data integration in distributed database.(2)according to the characteristics of discrete test data storage and durability test of unstructured data,based on the analysis of existing solutions,design data synchronization middleware,using Quartz framework,called synchronization middleware for unstructured data synchronization of complex discrete system to the file server,test data file association and published by Tomcat system and WEB data files and corresponding data management.(3)with SpringMVC,MyBatis,Shiro analysis,Quartz,Druid frame technology,and expounds the specific business logic and interface,and integrate them together through the corresponding configuration file,build the entire powertrain test data management platform,to meet the system service module,safety,high concurrency the demand.(4)detailed description framework based on technology of distributed database system,NFS network file system and platform of the whole system are integrated,and according to the actual needs of the business design of the business function module,data table,E-R map and the realization process.
