In the context of the severe aging situation and most of the elderly choose home-based elderly care,Nanning Civil Affairs Bureau began to use the smart elderly care service platform to provide home-based elderly care services for the elderly.Some elderly care institutions have also introduced intelligent products into the institutions.The report mainly focuses on the problems in the implementation of smart elderly care by Nanning Civil Affairs Bureau: in 2018,Nanning Civil Affairs Bureau initially tried to cooperate with three smart elderly care service platforms to carry out smart elderly care,but three years later,the operation mode of the smart elderly care service platform directly led Nanning Civil Affairs Bureau to decide to replace the smart elderly care service platform.When replacing the smart elderly care service platform,due to the lack of predictability of the problem,the seamless connection between the old and new platforms failed,and many elderly people and their families encountered unnecessary trouble.After the operation of the new platform,the distribution of regulatory responsibilities and how to select service providers have gradually been exposed.The implementation of smart elderly care in elderly care institutions is also an important part of the report: through field interviews and research,it is found that most elderly care institutions do not use smart products,but there are also many elderly care institutions that have begun to use smart elderly care platforms and smart products to assist in operation.The three reports highlight the portraits of different roles such as government staff,the elderly at home and the elderly living in elderly care institutions,and take the various intelligent elderly care services carried out by Nanning Civil Affairs Bureau and the implementation of intelligent elderly care in elderly care institutions as the starting point to deeply show and analyze the current situation of intelligent elderly care in Nanning and the problems in the specific practice of intelligent elderly care in Nanning.
