In the post epidemic era,the development of China’s culture and tourism industry is facing new opportunities and challenges.In the 14 th five year plan for cultural and tourism development,it is proposed to support Internet platforms to participate in the transformation and upgrading of traditional culture and tourism formats,promote the integrated development of online and offline,deeply develop smart tourism in the form loved by tourists,and improve and enrich tourists’ tourism experience.In order to deal with the problems of poor interaction and single and boring cultural interpretation in the process of tourism,this paper proposes to take the game theory as the starting point of design practice and app as the carrier,aiming to provide a convenient,interesting and online and offline linkage way for the cultural display form of the scenic spot and the cultural interpretation of tourists,so as to improve the quality of tourists’ tourism experience and their satisfaction with the scenic spot.This topic mainly adopts the research methods of literature research,case study,field investigation,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.First of all,it analyzes the theory of how to stimulate the user’s sense of experience and how to improve the user’s sense of experience;Secondly,combined with tourism experience and cultural tourism app,this paper analyzes the application value of game theory in the field of cultural tourism;Finally,through the method of user research,understand the tourism behavior characteristics of tourists from a qualitative point of view,and refer to octagonal behavior analysis method,DMC design model and specific cases to extract the game elements and summarize the design process of cultural tourism app,so as to provide reference for later strategy output.According to theoretical analysis and user research,the project finally outputs the game design strategy of life-saving guide app according to the three stages of tourism process.In the first stage,it puts forward the strategy of stimulating tourists’ decision-making with internal motivation;The second stage puts forward the strategy of maintaining tourists’ tour through cultural and entertainment interaction;The third stage puts forward the strategy of improving tourist evaluation with cultural tonality.Based on the theory and strategy output,the author carries out strategy verification and prototype test with the "life-saving journey" App Design,and optimizes and iterates the prototype design from three aspects of convenience,novelty and interest,so as to provide reference for the game design of the guide app in the field of cultural tourism.
