| Since the advent of construction machinery,construction machinery construction has gradually developed from semi-mechanized construction and mechanized construction to remote control construction and unmanned construction.It is applied to actual engineering construction,but there is still a long way to go from the real unmanned construction.The primary premise of unmanned construction is to study the intelligent dispatching and control system for coordinating the construction of construction machinery,so as to realize all-round management,decision-making and monitoring of the construction process of construction machinery.The existing construction platform mainly has functions such as equipment interconnection,data collection and edge computing,and can be used as an auxiliary platform for engineering construction.There is still a need for key research in the fields of construction machinery construction information decision-making and distribution.Building an integrated construction intelligent management and control platform for construction machinery,realizing information exchange and sharing between the cloud platform and various equipment terminals,and relying on intelligent decision-making solutions to achieve intelligent scheduling and optimal control of construction machinery groups are important to create a new type of unmanned smart construction site.premise.Among them,the research on the decision-making algorithm of the integrated construction platform is the most critical,especially the research on the decision-making algorithm for the configuration and scheduling scheme of the construction machinery group.Combined with the information collection and the ability of fast speed of the integrated construction platform,the decisionmaking algorithm can achieve the optimal pre-construction.Decision making and quick adjustment of construction configuration plans during construction are an important part of the intelligent dispatching and control platform for unmanned construction of construction machinery.This paper focuses on the intelligent scheduling management and control platform of the integrated construction system.The main research contents include:(1)According to the needs of digital construction,taking the earthwork construction of subgrade base as an example,mathematical modeling of construction machinery construction parameters and construction system was carried out,and a construction machinery construction knowledge base was formed.Based on the multi-machine coordination work relationship,the construction machinery is divided into different construction subsystems,and the construction machinery is dynamically dispatched by using the subsystem model and the information collection function of the construction system,and the calculation formula and deduction method of each model are given.(2)The overall construction scheme generation model based on multi-objective optimization and the MOEA/D model solving algorithm based on adaptive combination weights are designed,and verified by actual cases.According to the single equipment model established in the previous stage and the actual construction requirements,a construction period-cost multi-objective machine cluster configuration optimization model under the constraint of equipment utilization is deduced.A MOEA/D solution algorithm based on adaptive combination weight is designed to solve the problems of poor convergence,slow solution speed and poor robustness.According to the actual case,the parameter formula of the multi-objective configuration optimization model of construction machinery is given,and the configuration scheme of the engineering example is simulated and verified by MATLAB software.are superior to traditional calculation methods.(3)The intelligent dispatching management and control platform for the integrated construction system of construction machinery and construction was built and the semi-physical simulation experiment was carried out.According to the actual construction requirements in the project construction,an integrated construction system intelligent scheduling management and control platform is built,and the functional modules of the system software such as data communication,information management,project supervision,path tracking,and scheme generation are introduced.By scanning the actual terrain with the drone,building an equal-scale project construction map indoors according to the laboratory environment,wirelessly connecting the LEO robot to the integrated construction platform,and carrying out semiphysical simulation experiments to verify the stability and practicality of the integrated construction system sex. |
