Jiangxi construction machinery construction co.,LTD,the company I worked for is a construction enterprise.Currently the construction management in the company is done through a number of independent department respectively,departments has little contact with each other,and lacks the ability to deal with complex situation,which makes Low work efficiency.This paper is to research and analyze the construction of the existing management system,knowledge of software engineering and then combine the application first carries on the demand analysis to the system design using object-oriented method in my unit new construction management system.This paper aims the construction management system for research and analysis.In the business analysis section,this paper analyzes the original business process management system in the company,including processes of Preliminary investigation,engineering design,Project bidding,Construction plan and schedule control,Construction cost management,construction quality control and Construction safety management,then reengineer the original business process;In the functional analysis section,the paper first analysis the roles and system use-case analysis,thus rendering the overall functionality of the system package diagram and package diagram sub function;in the data analysis section,based on data analysis of the function of each part of the drawing of the thumbnails,and successively completed the analysis of entity relationship,and established the entity class database table.The last part is the summary and outlook for the paper.Construction management system in Jiangxi construction machinery construction co.,LTD using the computer system to deepen the mutual understanding of the various departments,makes the whole enterprise work more efficiently,this will be the future direction of development.
