In recent years,the types and quantities of construction machinery products in China have grown rapidly.A large number of construction machinery products have been put into production.That each product corresponds to its own information has caused a large amount of data in the construction machinery industry.With the development of Internet technology,it has changed the mode of traditional construction machinery product information searching and manual equipment matching.A series of information platform applications were born.But the existing information platform data is not comprehensive enough,and construction machinery cannot be configurate reasonably according to actual construction conditions.Therefore in response to these shortcomings,the construction machinery product information system platform established in this article can not only realize product information query function,but also realize construction machinery equipment configuration.These advantages meet the demand of construction company by purchasing and leasing construction machinery reasonably,and it has a wide range of practical engineering significance.Based on the research of the existing information system,this paper develops the construction machinery product information system platform according to the actual needs of the construction enterprise.First,design the overall scheme and modeling of the system,including the design of system modules,operation interface and structure.Then the product database of the system is designed,which is divided into three forms: product information,user information and manufacturer information.Use Internet technology to update database.The database is connected to the system platform using C# language and ASP.NET technology to realize the product information query function.Finally,the configuration of construction machinery equipment based on particle swarm optimization is studied.introduce the quality objectives according to the construction machinery equipment configuration principles and the basic particle swarm optimization algorithm.The article establish the quality-constrained timecost multi-objective configuration model.In order to speed up the convergence rate,use timevarying weight instead of inertia weight.And with the random stiffness is introduce the speed and position in the configuration model are updated.The particle parameters are encoded to achieve the preliminary configuration of the construction machinery.The article give an example to verify the feasibility of the system.It provide a good platform for information selection and equipment matching to large equipment rental companies.
