With the integration of big data technologies, cloud computing, networking and other technology with other related areas of economic development, a new round of industrial revolution change is coming, its characteristics is the close integration between industrialization and information, and the goal of it is to realize intellectual manufacturing. The development of our countries manufacturing industry is facing the urgent need for innovation driven and green development. Innovation driven and green development need the support of knowledge integration and knowledge management method, and it also need the support of product life cycle design, but the difficulty is very great, the development of big data technology helps to overcome the difficulties and achieves the goal.To solve the above problems, combined with the current knowledge using and integration situation of complex product industry and big data technology, proposed the knowledge integration system research method based on the big data, the main contents are as follows:The first chapter is an introduction. It mainly described the research background, purpose and hackled the domestic and international research status of industrial big data and product life cycle design, and put forward the research content and framework of this paper.The second chapter researched the knowledge integration methods and research framework based on big data. And defined the knowledge big data of complex product enterprise, including data layer, information layer, knowledge layer and knowledge network layer. It analyzed the relationship between the product life cycle and life cycle of knowledge, proposed knowledge integration method and framework based on the product life cycle.The third chapter made a detailed study on the life cycle design knowledge integration solutions of complex product steam turbine, including collaborative knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation and other knowledge life cycle, integrated the existing knowledge of HTC based on the steam turbine ontology, and according to the knowledge produced by different processes, including design phase, manufacturing stage, maintenance phase with different characteristics to integrate, knowledge big data is the final result of knowledge integration.The fourth chapter mainly discussed method of knowledge ordering based on the whole life cycle ontology of complex product. Taking the complex product industrial steam turbine as an example, combined with the existing ontology established methods, put forward a new ontology established method based on the product life cycle, and established the steam turbine ontology. At the same time put forward the method of knowledge ordering based on the established ontology.The fifth chapter mainly discussed the steam turbine knowledge integration solution based on the big data knowledge service technology, describes the knowledge network establishment, the full text semantic search, the knowledge push, the association relation between the knowledge and the ontology, the knowledge evaluation of steam turbine life cycle, and used the big data technology to the enterprise knowledge integration rationally.The sixth chapter is the system implementation of complex product life cycle knowledge integration based on big data. Designed an developed the knowledge integration system, combined theoretical research and system implementation.The seventh chapter is the summary and prospect. It first summarized the research content, the main work and innovation points, and at last forecast the future work.
