| At present,the management and service innovation of the library industry are mainly based on digitalization and intelligence.However,with the rapid development of these businesses,the development of basic library services cannot be ignored.Basic services are the core and foundation of the stable and sustainable development of libraries.And,the various needs and expectations of library users are increasing with the development of society,and library services need to keep pace with the times and make improvements and improve service levels based on user needs.Library exists for users,and the quality of library services should ultimately be determined by users.Only the service that meets or exceeds the expectation of users is high-quality and high-level service,which should also be the goal of every library.To achieve this goal,we should start from understanding library users.Studying the user’s tolerance zone helps to understand the user’s attention to various services and the state of feeling about the library and its services,and then take effective improvement strategies.Therefore,it is necessary for the library to study the service tolerance area,so as to formulate specific strategic planning for its own service development according to its own situation.The paper selects the library of Sichuan University as the research object,adopts the questionnaire survey method,takes the students of Sichuan University as the survey object,and investigates the student user tolerance zone of the basic services of Sichuan University Library,in order to analyze the satisfaction degree of student users of Sichuan University Library to the basic service of library,the dimensions and service content that students pay attention to,in which aspects the user experience is poor,and a how to improve the quality of library services based on the tolerance zone data,in order to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.At the theoretical level,it enriches the research content of user tolerance area;at the practical level,it puts forward suggestions for improving the service of Sichuan University Library.First of all,the paper expounds the relevant theories of service quality and tolerance area to understand the research status at home and abroad and lay a theoretical foundation.Then,based on the previous scholars’ research and improvement of LibQUAL + TM evaluation index,the paper constructs the evaluation index of tolerance area of student users in Sichuan University Library,and carries out the network questionnaire survey,removes the invalid questionnaire after the questionnaire is collected,and tests the reliability and validity of the survey data.After that,it analyzes the tolerance zone data of student users in Sichuan University Library’s basic services.Finally,the analysis results are obtained from three aspects: user satisfaction,core dimension and tolerance area based management,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the service quality of Library: adding power socket,strengthening personalized service and improving the utilization rate of research room. |
