| With the rapid development of the city,a variety of new social contradictions and urban short board has appeared.Meanwhile,traditional urban management mode was unable to meet the needs of modern urban development.A new mode of serving urban management arises at the historic moment,which uses information technology and mobile communication technology to process,analyze and manage all parts and events of the whole city,namely Digital Urban Management.In 2015,the central government issued the guidance on urban management,which clearly proposed to promote digital urban management in all cities and counties of the country and improve the level of urbanization management.However,through the actual operation of digital urban management in different cities in recent years,there are still various problems which affect the effectiveness of urban management.In response to the call of the state,Qianjiang district established the Digital Urban Management platform in 2011,which has improved the efficiency and quality of urban management in Qianjiang district.However,there are many problems that restrict the development of digital urban management.This paper takes the digital city management of Qianjiang District as the research object,uses the theoretical knowledge of government process reengineering and multi center governance,explores the development status of digital city management of Qianjiang district through literature review,field research,business department interview and other research methods,and combs out the problems in the operation process,such as the lack of efficient management system,the limited coverage of digital city management,Team building does not meet the needs of management,and low public participation.Based on the advanced experience of digital city management in olu City,Singapore,Hangzhou city and Jiangbei District of Chongqing,and combined with the actual situation of Qianjiang District,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management level of digital city in Qianjiang District from optimizing the system construction,standardizing the standard system construction,strengthening the team construction,improving the degree of public participation,and upgrading from digital to intelligent. |
