| In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization process, cities have been expanding unceasingly, while the city management level can't keep up with the development of urban construction, leading to that urban administration problems emerge in endlessly. City management requires finishing the change from a traditional extensive management mode to a digital one. Digital urban management is establishing a comprehensive disposal platform by using information means, including the establishment of city administration office automation system, case -handling system, complaint service system, video surveillance system ,vehicle global positioning system , urban emergency response system, ect. It can provide a new mode for city management, and make it evolve from extensive, haphazard to standard and precise gradually. However, the construction input in video surveillance system is large, while the contention of resources is intense. How to effectively use these resources for urban management service is an urgent problem in present.Based on the video surveillance system of city administration and law enforcement bureau of Yuexiu District, this paper studied the Sharing of Digital Video Surveillance, especially the transmission technology on SIP that the author has participated.The main achievements are obtained as follows: 1 Briefly introduced the video surveillance system in the role of digital city administration, and relevant technologies in detail.2 Expounded the technical route and basic framework of Sharing of Digital Video Surveillance's construction, system objectives and requirements of related equipments'type selection.3 Made some improvement ideas and analysis according to the current situation of video surveillance system in the bureau of city administration and law enforcement of Yuexiu District.4 Analyzed the possibility of constructing a digital Video Surveillance Sharing system on SIP, and have tested relative operations.5 Devised a sharing system of Digital Video Surveillance on SIP protocol. |
