| Since the formal establishment of Facebook in the early 21st century,the greatest changes have taken place in the development of social media.In recent years,many kinds of social media platforms have sprung up in the public field of vision,such as WeChat,Microblog,Douban forum,etc.With the characteristics of availability,easy operation and functional diversity,these platforms not only meet the needs of users to obtain information,spread information,social communication and so on,but also create freshness and even a certain range of changes for users’ work,life and entertainment.Nowadays is the era of entertainment supremacy,however,these social media platforms have both advantages and disadvantages.While creating a convenient social,fun and novel experience for users,they also inevitably bring double negative effects on users’individual emotions and behavior results,these negative effects are often manifested through fatigue behavior.At present,although the empirical research on the influencing factors of users’fatigue behavior is relatively rich,there are some differences or even inconsistencies in the relationship between users’ fatigue behavior and some influencing factors in previous studies.Therefore,based on Social Cognitive Theory,Expectancy Disconfirmation Theory,Planned Behavior Theory,Social Comparison Theory,this paper constructs an integrated model of influencing factors of user burnout behavior,and tests the model by Meta-SEM analysis method combined with CMA3.0 and AMOS26 software.As for the collection of sample data,77 articles were selected by strict search strategy.After coding by three researchers,78 independent samples,249 effect values and 33326 samples were obtained.The result shows that:on the one hand,the five dimensions of individual cognition,emotional state,attitude,technology and society all contain sub factors related to users’fatigue behavior,which are self-efficacy,privacy concerns,FoMO,fatigue and loss,satisfaction,information overload,social overload,system function overload and the influence from mass media;on the other hand,cultural attributes did not play a moderating role between users’ fatigue behavior and its influencing factors,while platforms’ type and measurement object played a moderating role between users’fatigue behavior and its influencing factors.At the same time,the research puts forward some management implications from three aspects of individual,culture and environment,aiming to provide some reference suggestions for social media platforms and its management and supervision platforms,and then strive to promote the healthy development of social media platform. |
