In the era of mobile Internet,social media has penetrated into all aspects of people's study,work and life,which has brought great convenience to people,and also brought negative use emotions,such as boredom and fatigue,that is,social media fatigue.Studying the influencing factors of social media fatigue can help enterprises and related organizations optimize the user experience of social media in order to make continuous use of social media to carry out related business.It also helps users use social media more rationally to avoid burnout.From the perspective of user perception,based on the "stimulation-body-response" model and the theory of "cognition-emotion-behavior will",the research model of social media burnout emotion is constructed.and sums up five pre-variables that affect social media fatigue emotion,they are,perceived information redundancy,perceived inferior information quality,perceived cost,perceived risk hidden danger and social comparative psychology,and takes crowed conformity as adjustment variable,then adopts questionnaire survey method to collect sample data.Finally,with the help of SPSS22.0 software,the hypothesis and theoretical model are analyzed and verified.The empirical study shows that the four factors of perceived inferior information quality,perceived high cost,perceived risk hidden danger and social comparative psychology have significant positive effects on social media fatigue emotion,and conformity psychology plays a significant positive role between the low quality of perceived information,social comparative psychology and social media fatigue emotion.The main innovation point of this paper is to sum up the pre-variables of the social media's burnout,introduce the psychology as the adjustment variable,and buildthe model of the social media burnout and explore the key variables that influence the social media fatigue,and the specific degree of influence of each variable,which further enriches the research of the social media burnout field.
