With the rapid development of computer and Internet technology,all kinds of software systems based on computer and network gradually walk into People’s daily work and life.Online tax Services is such an e-government system based on Internet technology and computer technology.By using the online tax services,taxpayers can pay taxes wherever they can access the network,and the system also greatly reduces the workload of tax workers,and also realizes the openness and transparency of the tax service and the public credibility of the government.At present,the existing network tax system basically realizes the window taxes the service,but after the user pays the tax on the net,the system can only provide the electronic invoice for the user,when the user needs the paper bill often also needs to go to the tax bureau to receive.At the same time,after the user pays the tax,the tax voucher also needs to submit.This has undoubtedly caused trouble for users and tax workers.The second is the current network tax system due to the relatively long development age,the use of the development technology is relatively old,resulting in a lower system efficiency,another serious problem is network security.For the tax system,if the system is invaded by lawless elements,the light causes the user information to be leaked,and the heavy damage to the country and people’s property.Then there is the existing tax system’s scope of business is not wide enough,covering a narrow area,different taxes also need to enter the different tax system to deal with,the user and the management department will bring a lot of inconvenience.According to the research of the existing network Tax service system in W City area,this paper designs and develops a real online tax service system based on the technology of J2 EE.In addition to the basic function of window tax,the system can also realize tax service booking,tax calculation,real-time tax inquiry,invoicing of electronic invoices,business processing links and process inquiries,service feedback,policy announcements and inquiries.The system can provide users with a 24-hour online service,greatly facilitate the user,the system can provide users with open and transparent service inquiries,including the progress of each link,processing process,and so on,to achieve the transparency of services;and online tax does not print the relevant information,reducing the management department’s work costs;The system also saves the management department’s workload,the management department as long as the use of very few system management staff,on the system to maintain regular maintenance can complete very complicated work,greatly simplifies the management.The development of the system is mainly based on the Java and jquery technology,in the foreground page development using Div,CSS,and combined with the latest HTML5 technology,create user-friendly interface.The data interaction uses the AJAX asynchronous transmission technology,enhances the business processing efficiency.
