With the rapid development of computer technology,data collection and monitoring system in industrial production in the rapidly applied.Data Acquisition and Supervisory Control technology is an important branch of information science, It researches data collection, storage, handling and control problems. It is the measurement and sensor signal processing and micro-computer-based form of a comprehensive technology. Its mission is the production of various parameters collected at the scene, and then into the computer, according to the different needs from computers to the calculation and processing of the necessary data. At the same time, the calculation of the data required to display or print, in order to achieve certain physical surveillance. Data Acquisition System in general take a long time, to carry out high-speed data acquisition, will have large amounts of data, requires organization, storage, processing and production of effective monitoring, improve production efficiency.In this paper, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, MCU systems, industrial control computer, RS485 bus, such as a data collection and monitoring system design. System used in the industrial field data collection and monitoring. Considered in the choice of design precision measurement devices and anti-jamming, low temperature drift of sophisticated electronic components and MC (EMC) issues. The system is characterized by: running stable, reliable and easy to use, cost economy.The system is divided into three : Single control operation, a network operation mode and two network operation mode. Single control operation mode is a separate control data acquisition controller running the way;A network operation mode is formed by the RS485 bus network, A data controller on several management control data acquisition controller operation mode; Two network operation mode is formed by the RS485 bus network, a computer management control of industrial control several data controller on the operating mode.This paper describes the system of composition, design,testing,application and Outlook.Its main contents are as follows:1, on the domestic and international data collection and monitoring system for the development of the status quo and direction of development.2, according to data collected by the practical requirements of developing an instrument to the choice of sensor, use and installation, and solve the thermocouple measurement in the course of the cold-temperature not to 0℃problems.3, according to the actual use of the design requirements of the corresponding MCU hardware systems, including input signal circuits, data acquisition controller, data on controller hardware circuit, to achieve data acquisition, real-time physical values display, storage and communications.4, the design of the hardware and supporting software.5, sub-systems in three ways, namely that the three ways the design, use and operation.
