After more than 40 years of reform and development,Chinese high school entrance examination physical education has fundamentally changed the importance of students,parents and the society to physical education.It also lays a solid foundation for cultivating students’ good habits of lifelong fitness,and lays a good foundation for the overall improvement of the quality of the whole people.By combing the historical development of the national and Beijing high school entrance examination physical education,this paper clarifies the main changes in the reform process of high school entrance examination physical education and its influence on the school physical education at that time,and then deduces the development trend of high school entrance examination physical education in the future.At the same time,it focuses on the impact of the Beijing high school entrance examination physical education reform policy on teachers and students,summarizes the current problems,puts forward suggestions,and provides theoretical reference for the subsequent reform.This paper uses the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey,expert interview and so on to investigate the impact of the physical education reform on junior middle school physical education in Beijing.It is found that the impact of PE reform on PE teachers in Beijing high school entrance examination is as follows: PE teachers’ status has been promoted;Physical education teacher’s workload increases;The teaching content of PE teachers is more inclined to develop students’ interest,cultivate their skills and improve their physical quality.The teaching goal is to train students to master 2-3sports skills;The teaching work is limited by the equipment of the site.In the survey of students,it is found that students’ interest in learning and participation in class have improved;The generation of learning motivation is relatively passive;The learning effect has been significantly improved;Currently,students can choose test items according to their own interests;Students’ interest in extracurricular sports classes has also increased.The following conclusions can be drawn:1.The physical education reform in Beijing has optimized the assessment and teaching evaluation mode.The physical evaluation and teaching evaluation mode of high school entrance examination have changed from the final evaluation to the combination of process and final evaluation.2.The physical education reform in Beijing makes the assessment and teaching pay more attention to the two-way development of physical fitness and skills.The reform will change the assessment and teaching content from focusing on physical quality to the bidirectional development of physical ability and skills.3.The physical education reform of Beijing high school entrance examination requires teachers to have better personal and teaching ability in teaching.After the reform,there are more physical examination items in the high school entrance examination,which has higher requirements for physical education teachers’ own skills,professional knowledge of physical education and teaching ability.4.The sports reform of Beijing high school entrance examination has a certain promoting effect on the formation of students’ sports skills.The rich content and assessment mode of physical education examination in senior high school gives students the opportunity to contact and learn more sports items and skills,which is conducive to the preliminary mastery and formation of sports skills.5.The physical fitness project phenomenon exists in the reform of high school entrance examination in Beijing.The improvement of physical education scores in high school entrance examination makes physical education more valued,and at the same time,the content of physical education teaching cannot avoid the utilitarian orientation,leading to the result of system project.
