| In order to promote the orderly development of junior high school physical education in the context of the new round of reform of the physical education entrance examination,this research uses literature,questionnaires,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to analyze the development process of the physical education entrance examination in Changsha and Changsha City.To sort out and understand the specific reform and changes of the new round of physical education high school entrance examination,take six junior high schools in Changsha as the survey objects,conduct research on junior high school physical education teaching after the reform of the physical education high school entrance examination,and draw the following conclusions.(1)The development process of the physical education entrance examination in Changsha has gone through four stages: experience accumulation,preliminary pilot,rapid development and deepening reform.In 2022,Changsha will implement a new round of sports high school entrance examination reform,and the scoring method will replace the grade system with the score system.,which further enriched the examination items,broadened the choices of students,developed students’ interests more comprehensively,and moved closer to a more reasonable,more scientific and more effective physical education entrance examination system.(2)Changsha’s new round of physical education high school entrance examination reform has improved teachers’ teaching behavior,raised the status of physical education teachers and the professional quality requirements of physical education teachers,and at the same time,teachers’ professional pressure has also increased.At the same time,the reform has improved the enthusiasm and interest of students in physical education at a certain level,increased the frequency of students participating in sports,accelerated the pace of cultivating students’ physical awareness and physical exercise habits,and further promoted the improvement of youth sports.(3)Changsha’s new round of physical education high school entrance examination reform has an impact on the teaching objectives,but the impact is not deep.Because the new round of PE high school entrance examination reform has emphasized the examination nature of physical education,in the teaching process,teachers focus on the training of students’ motor skills,and the cultivation of students’ mental health and social adaptability is easily neglected.(4)Under the background of the reform of the physical education entrance examination in Changsha,the teaching content is shifted to the content of the physical education examination,and it is easy to develop in the direction of "examination-oriented",and the teaching requirements of the syllabus and the physical and mental development of students are not fully considered.(5)Under the background of the new round of physical education high school entrance examination reform in Changsha,Changsha junior high school physical education teachers lack innovation in the choice of teaching methods,which is difficult to stimulate students’ sports passion and interest.In addition,there are few independent teaching methods and lack of teaching methods.The integration and innovation between the two can easily lead to a single teaching mode of physical education classroom,which restricts the diversified development of physical education classrooms in junior high schools,and makes the development of physical education classrooms lag behind.(6)Under the background of the new round of physical education entrance examination reform in Changsha City,the physical education teaching evaluation method of Changsha junior high school is relatively simple,and the single-dimensional teaching evaluation may inhibit students’ interest in sports and the development of personality,and it is impossible to do a good job for students.The scientific and effective evaluation of the learning process and the teacher’s teaching process makes the physical education class lose its meaning.(7)Changsha’s new round of sports high school entrance examination reform has strengthened the school’s sports atmosphere and raised the requirements for sports facilities in the teaching process.Fully adapt to the new requirements brought about by the reform.(8)In view of the problems in Changsha’s physical education teaching in the context of the new round of physical education entrance examination reform,put forward targeted optimization countermeasures.Changsha City needs to implement the physical education curriculum ideology and politics in the future physical education teaching,and pay equal attention to physical fitness and personality.Accurately adjust teachers’ occupational pressure and build a good cultural ecology for teachers’ development;rationally select physical education content and strengthen the internal connection with curriculum standards;innovate physical education classroom teaching mode,improve the integration of teaching methods and organizations;improve the scientific nature of teaching facilities,Strengthen the organizational leadership and guarantee of teaching;increase the evaluation dimension of physical education,and realize the integration of teaching and educating
