| Agility is an important part of children’s physical fitness,and childhood at 8-9 years of age is a critical period for the development of agility quality.Accurately finding effective ways to develop children’s sensitive qualities and carrying out practical and feasible sensitive training is of great significance to improving children’s physical fitness and thus improving children’s physical health.Football is a collective sport with high demand for multi-directional sensitive qualities such as horizontal displacement and vertical displacement,and this study explores the principles,means and operability methods of improving children’s sensitive quality by relying on football training to explore important theoretical value and positive practical significance in the context of vigorously developing campus football.In view of the diversity of sensitive quality training,the individual differences of children and adolescents and the complexity of football training,how to carry out fruitful football training to improve the sensitive quality of children and adolescents is a concern of the current children’s football training community and school sports theory community.This study adopts the research paradigm of combining theory and practice,carries out experimental research on multi-directional football dribbling training,analyzes the intervention effect of multi-directional football dribbling on the sensitive quality of primary school students aged 8-9 years old,and then discusses the effective path of football training to improve children’s sensitivity.The study used the literature review method,expert interview method and experimental method,and selected 120 children aged 8-9(all third-grade students of Zhaozhongci Branch of Tianyashi Primary School in Jinjiang District,Chengdu)as experimental subjects through a group of samples,carried out 12 weeks of multi-directional football dribbling training,and took the T-shaped running test,Illinois running test and Pro running test as the sensitivity quality test indicators,and explored and studied the sensitive quality development of children of different genders and sports foundations.The experimental results are as follows:The experimental data of the control group were tested by paired sample T,and the data showed no significant change.After 12 weeks of multi-directional football dribbling training intervention in the experimental group,the changes in the three test scores showed very significant differences,the students’ dribbling ability was improved to a certain extent,and the sensitivity quality of the students in the experimental group was indeed greatly improved.From the comparison between the groups after the test,the T-shaped running and Illinois running test indicators showed a very significant difference,which improved the performance of the Pro running test.From the comparison between groups of different genders,the improvement of the experimental group,whether male or female,was greater than that of male and female students in the control group.The Pro Run test showed some improvement,with no significant difference from the control group,and proved that multi-directional soccer dribbling training was more effective.The study concluded the following:(1)12 weeks of multi-directional football dribbling training can significantly improve the sensitivity of 8-9-year-old primary school students,especially the ability to move under the feet,turn and change direction and reaction speed to be significantly improved.(2)The multi-directional football dribbling training system developed by the research design has application value for the development of the sensitive quality of8-9-year-old children,which can improve the sensitive quality of children.(3)Studies have found that multi-directional football dribbling training can improve the sensitivity of children aged 8-9 years old by enhancing their sensitivity and responsiveness,which is of great help to mastering technical movements.(4)Compared with the male and female student groups,the test scores of the control group have improved to a certain extent,but they are not obvious.Judging from the test results of both boys and girls,the experimental group improved more than the control group,which proved from one side that multi-directional football dribbling training was more effective.The study makes the following recommendations:(1)Primary school sports should pay attention to children’s sensitive quality training,and take a variety of ways to carry out sensitive quality training during the sensitive period of the development of children’s sensitive quality at the age of 8-9,which can play a role in doubling the results with half the effort.(2)Design targeted sensitive quality training programs according to children’s gender and age,which meet the basic development needs of sensitive quality.When designing multi-directional football dribbling training,the amount of exercise should be reasonably arranged according to the age characteristics of children aged 8-9 to achieve the optimal training effect.(3)In the development of the sensitive qualities of primary school students,the effect of 12 weeks of multi-directional football dribbling training is still limited.It is suggested that in the later stage of research,the experimental time can be appropriately extended,and methods to improve the sensitivity quality of primary school students can be studied at different levels and angles.(4)Physical exercise not less than 3 times a week is effective in improving children’s physical fitness and helps students establish physical exercise habits. |
