With the application of fun track and field in the primary school physical education classroom,the practice method based on the premise of fun is increasingly favored by the primary school physical education curriculum.Based on the YPD(YOUTH PHYSICAL DEVEIOPMENT)model of adolescents’ physical development,this paper explores the impact of interesting and sensitive exercises on students’ multi-directional mobility in the third grade of primary school,and finds that interesting and sensitive exercises can not only improve students’ Multi-directional mobility,but also effectively improve the atmosphere of the primary school physical education classroom,so that students’ interest in participating in physical exercise is greatly enhanced.In this paper,30 students from the third grade of Huilongguan Second Primary School were randomly divided into experimental group(15)and control group(15)for a total of 8 weeks and 24 periods of practice.Physical fitness test indicators include(30 meters running,standing long jump,front throwing solid ball),multi-directional mobility test indicators include(4 × 10 meters turn-back run,cross-change run,Illinois sensitive test,T-shaped run test,The square step test,the inner step Las Vegas run).Experimental results: 1.The test indicators of the multi-directional movement ability of the experimental group before and after the experiment have a statistically significant change.Among them,the test indicators of the cross-direction running have a significant difference(P <0.05).T-shaped running,square pace test,and Nebraska running test indicators have very significant differences(P <0.01),indicating that fun and sensitive exercises have a significant effect on the improvement of students ’multi-directional mobility;2.Control group Before and after the experiment,the multi-directional movement ability test indicators also have very significant differences in cross-direction running and Nebraska running test indicators(P <0.01).It shows that traditional sensitive exercises can also promote the students’ ability to move in multiple directions,but the experimental group is better than the control group.combines the objective data obtained from the experiment with the subjective feelings of the students,and then draws the following conclusions.1.Interesting and sensitive exercises have a significant effect on improving students’ ability to move in multiple directions.After 8 weeks of intervention,students’ physical control has been strengthened.2.Interesting and sensitive exercises come in a variety of forms,and the practice equipment is rich and varied.Students’ interest and enthusiasm for participating in interesting and sensitive exercises are significantly higher than traditional sensitive exercises.3.Interesting sensitive exercises and traditional sensitive exercises have significantly improved the students’ ability to explode,accelerate,brake and other sports qualities and can well prevent sports injuries.But the fun and sensitive exercises are better than the traditional sensitive exercises for students’ ability to change their directions.4.Interesting and sensitive exercises and traditional sensitive exercises can promote the physical development of students.In practice,the two should not be separated.It is necessary to learn from each other according to the actual situation of the practitioners.The optimal exercise program improves the exercise ability of the practitioner.
