Objective:To explore the influence of multi-directional mobile training and traditional mobile training on the sensitive quality of high school basketball students.Research Methods:In the basketball special class of Changzhou No.1 Middle School,20 boys with two-year elective courses were selected as experimental subjects.The experimental subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 10 people in each group.The control group performed traditional mobile training,and the experimental group performed multi-directional movement training.The training duration is 8 weeks,45 minutes twice a week.Before and after training,the subjects are tested with sensitivity qualities and special difficulty movements.Results:(1)General sensitivity and quality test:After 8 weeks of conventional mobile training in the control group,The performance of Illinois running and repeated test steps improved significantly compared with that before training(P<0.05),15×4 The performance of the return run increased significantly than before training(P<0.01),The T-shape sensitivity test was not significantly improved(P<0.05);After 8 weeks of multi-directional movement training in the experimental group,The results of Illinois running and T-shaped running have improved significantly compared with those before training(P<0.05),Repeated steps,154 return run,and performance improved significantly compared with before training(P<0.01).The multi-directional movement training made the performance of the experimental group members after Illinois running,15×4 return running,and repeated side step training significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Special sensitivity test:After 8 weeks of traditional mobile training,the performance of the planned agility test increased significantly(P<0.05);the zigzag test was significantly improved(P<0.01);after 8 weeks of mobile training,the performance of the planned agility test was significantly improved(P<0.01);the performance of the zigzag test was significantly improved(P<0.01);the multi-direction mobile training and traditional mobile training could improve the special sensitive quality of special students.Conclusion:(1)multiple directional mobile training and traditional mobile training can improve the high school basketball students fast steering ability,footsteps movement ability,movement ability,the ability to fast start,but in the rapid steering ability,change ability,quick start,multidirectional mobile training is better than the traditional mobile training.(2)Multi-direction mobile training and traditional mobile training are helpful to improve basketball students’ dribbling and turning ability and pace coordination ability,but the effect of multi-direction mobile training is better than that of traditional mobile training.
