Research purpose:Multi directional movement training has been widely recognized abroad and has achieved good training results in the field of training.However,there is relatively little research in China,and there is even less research combining it with combat and adversarial projects.Therefore,this study integrates the multi directional movement training method into the specialized training of sanda in sports colleges,By using exercise intervention to verify whether multi-directional movement training can have an impact on the sensitive qualities of students majoring in Sanda in sports colleges,we can enrich and develop training methods for sensitive qualities,and provide theoretical assistance and reference opinions for Sanda teaching and training.Research methods:In this paper,the literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,experiments and mathematical statistics were comprehensively used to conduct research.Twenty students of Shandong Institute of Physical Education in 2021 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group received multi-directional mobile training,and the control group received traditional sensitive quality training.The training frequency of the two groups of students was three times a week.After eight weeks of exercise intervention,This article uses paired sample t-test to compare and analyze the test scores of sensitive quality indicators before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group within the group;Using independent sample t-test,a comparative analysis was conducted between the experimental group and the control group on the post test scores of sensitive quality indicators.Analyze the impact of two different training methods on the sensitive qualities of sanda specialized students.(Test level)α= 0.05,P>0.05 showed no significant difference;If P<0.05,there is a significant difference)Research results:1)General sensitive quality test indicators: The test results of the four indicators of the experimental group before and after the experiment,including T-shaped run,Illinois run,vertical and horizontal jump,and hexagonal snatch,were significantly different(P<0.05);Before and after the experiment,there was significant difference in the test results of the two indicators of the control group,namely,the standing and lying jump and the hexagonal snatch(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the test results of the two indicators of the T-shaped run and the Illinois run(P>0.05);After the experiment,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the test results of the three indicators of T-shaped run,Illinois run,and hexagonal snatch(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the test results of the vertical and horizontal jump indicators(P>0.05).2)Special sensitive quality test indicators: the test results of the experimental group in four indicators of 20 seconds shoulder touch,Y-shaped dodge,obstacle leg counterattack,and combination of fist and leg before and after the experiment,P<0.05,there is a significant difference;Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in the test results of the three indicators of Y-shaped dodge,obstacle leg counterattack,and combination of fist and leg in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the test results of the 20-second shoulder touch index(P>0.05);After the experiment,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the test results of four indicators: shoulder touch,Y-shaped dodge,obstacle leg counterattack,and combination of fists and legs(P<0.05).Research conclusion:1)Multidirectional movement training can significantly improve the general and specific sensitive qualities and abilities of sanda students,and has a good training effect on improving their upper limb sensitivity,lower limb sensitivity,trunk sensitivity,ability to change direction,change movement ability,predictive decision-making ability,and combined movement cohesion and concatenation ability.2)Traditional sensitive quality training can significantly improve the body sensitivity,lower limb sensitivity,predictive decision-making ability,change movement ability,and combination movement connection and concatenation ability of sanda special students,but it has no significant effect on improving the upper limb sensitivity and rapid direction change ability of sanda special students.3)Both multidirectional movement training and traditional sensitive quality training can improve the general and specific sensitive abilities of sanda special students to a certain extent,but compared to traditional sensitive quality training,multidirectional movement training has more significant test results in improving sanda special students’ upper limb sensitivity,lower limb sensitivity,trunk sensitivity,ability to change direction and ability to predict and make decisions. |
