| With the development and deepening of relevant body movement function training methods in foreign countries,multi-direction mobile training methods have been widely recognized in foreign countries,especially in the result orientation of improving physical quality and competition ability.However,in China,the related research is still rarely involved.Volleyball,as a highly comprehensive sport,is now developing in a faster and more flexible direction.Various crisscross use of volleyball skills and tactics and difficult technical movements have become the key factors to determine the outcome of the game,which puts forward higher requirements for the sensitive quality of volleyball players.In the actual competition,in order to obtain the technical and tactical level in the competition,every link is inseparable from the athletes’ own sensitive quality.Therefore,in the process of training and competition,athletes should not only pay attention to their own technical and tactical level,but also ensure the development of their own sensitive quality.This paper adopts the literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and other scientific research methods,with Qiqihar First 32 high school volleyball special students as the research object.The experimental group was trained with multi-directional movement,and the control group used the traditional training method.Test data were compared for tests before and after the experiment and for comparison of sample T-test and test of variance.Through data analysis,the results are as follows: 1.After the experiment,the control group increased 0.04 s,0.12 s,0.49 s,0.05 s and 0.06 s in the test,and the test results showed that the P values of the 5 test indicators were 0.69,0.34,0.24,0.72 and0.75 respectively.2.After the experiment,the T-shaped running performance of the experimental group improved the most significantly,with the P-value of 0.00 <0.01,which showed a very significant difference.The P-values of cross running and Illinois sensitive run were 0.00 and 0.03,both less than 0.05,with significant differences.The 36-meter movement and 5-meter three-way return run showed different improvements,and P-values of 0.05 and0.06,both greater than 0.05,with no significant difference.3.After the end of the experiment,the P value of the control group and the experimental group was 0.01,which was a significant difference,indicating that the training effect of the experimental group in 16 weeks was obvious.There was no significant difference between 36-m movement and 5-m three-way return run,and P values of 0.59 and 0.51 between the control and experimental groups.In the cross variable running and Illinois sensitive running,the P values of the control group and the experimental group were 0.01 and 0.02 respectively,which were significantly different,indicating that the performance improved greatly.After further analysis of the study results,the study conclusions are as follows: 1.the control group is tested after 16 weeks of traditional training.After the test,the average score was improved,indicating that the traditional mobile training has a certain role in improving the sensitivity of high school volleyball students,but the difference is not significant.2.After16 weeks of multi-direction movement training,the experimental group improved their performance in the sensitivity quality test.Among them,the performance of T-shaped running,cross variable running and Illinois sensitive running have been significantly improved... |
