| With the continuous development of social work,the unique role of social work in strengthening and innovating social governance has been valued.The government has continuously increased its efforts to purchase social work services,and at the same time,it has also promoted third-party assessment needs.As a social worker service station in Guangzhou with large investment,long project duration and large project population,it has served for more than ten years.Its evaluation has also followed the development of the project for more than ten years.What are the advantages and disadvantages of the changes in the evaluation model during this period for the construction of future social work project evaluation? Based on the questionnaire method and literature research method,combined with the experience of actual participation in the evaluation,this paper conducts a field survey on the project evaluation of Guangzhou Social Work Service Station and collates the evaluation data over the years,explores the changes in the evaluation system of social work service projects,analyzes the status quo of the evaluation,and finds that there are some problems in the evaluation process,such as the scientificity and practicality of the development of evaluation indicators,the standardization of the operation of third-party institutions The representativeness of sampling and the subjectivity of judgment.Through the research on the evaluation dilemma of Guangzhou Social Work Service Station project,relying on the Guangzhou model of social work evaluation and combining with relevant theoretical research,it is proposed that on the one hand,it is necessary to strengthen the flexibility of evaluation operation according to local conditions,on the other hand,it is necessary to strengthen the service standard of social work.Finally,it innovates and puts forward the "PPER Dynamic Comprehensive Evaluation Method" is innovatively put forward to provide reference suggestions for the evaluation of social work projects. |
