Research On The Implementation Evalutation Of Social Work Services For The Disable ——Taking The Project Of Y Institution Sunshine Station As An Example

In recent years,with the increasing number of disabled people in China,disabled service is particularly important.To this end,the Government continues to enhance policy support for persons with disabilities,strengthen funding for services for persons with disabilities,advocate and support social organizations to actively participate in and provide services for persons with disabilities,thereby developing a large number of social work institutions.At present,social work service institutions are participating in the service of disabled people in the form of government purchase.The quality of social work project service has become the focus of the community,and puts forward higher requirements for the specialization,scientific and standardization of social work service.What is the service quality of social work intervention for disabled people ? What is the intervention effect ? Is related fiscal expenditure meaningful ? Become a topic of concern to the government and the public.Therefore,the evaluation of social work services for the disabled is particularly necessary.Based on the actual implementation of services,this study takes the sunshine post service project in a district of Chengdu as an example,takes the project orientation as the principle,and takes the service content provided by the social workers in the sunshine post as the main line to carry out the research on the service evaluation of the disabled project,so as to explore the significance and shortcomings of the social work service project for the disabled,and try to put forward suggestions for improving the social work service.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire and qualitative interview,based on CIPP evaluation model and Chengdu project evaluation index,constructs the specific evaluation dimension,and takes the social work service project of Sunshine Post Station as an example to evaluate the service of social work service projects for disabled people.This study first analyzes the basic situation and service institutions of the sunshine post project,and then explains the evaluation content,including evaluation instructions,evaluation model construction and evaluation indicators.Based on the constructed evaluation index,the author presents the evaluation of sunshine post service project in three parts,namely,program evaluation,project process evaluation and project result evaluation,so as to comprehensively understand the implementation of the project.The research shows that the social work service project for the disabled has good service effect on the whole,and the satisfaction of the service object is high.The project for the disabled meets the needs of rehabilitation training,social integration and daily activities of rural disabled people.In the service process,the disabled are the main body,the potential of the service object is explored,and the related skills training is carried out.The final service has good results.However,the evaluation found that there were problems in the process of project service,such as insufficient professionalism of social work services,too idealized goal setting,lack of effective interaction between service-related parties,and too much emphasis on quantity by service agencies.The follow-up of social work service projects should improve their service professionalism,play a supervisory role,rationalize goals,enhance the effectiveness of service interaction,and improve the third-party evaluation methods and indicators to improve the quality of service.
