Evaluation Of Social Work Station In Chengdu

With the development of the transformation of society,the grassroots governance and people’s livelihood issue has become the direction which the government pays more and more attention to,at the same time,it also attracts the wide attention of the academia.The Ministry of Civil Affairs proposed that by the end of 145 th,all townships(streets)should be covered by social work stations,and all villages(communities)should have social workers to provide services.All parts of the country responded quickly and actively explored the establishment of local social work service stations.Social work station as the new era of social grass-roots management of the important grasp.Therefore,it is of great significance to discuss its operation mode and evaluate its effectiveness and influence of the social work stations,and find out the existing problems and possible optimization strategies in the promotion.Based on the construction mode of social work stations in Chengdu City,this paper determined to use CIPP model to evaluate the operation status of street social work stations from four aspects after literature review and reading and thinking in the early stage,and appropriately applied the research method combining qualitative and quantitative methods to collect data online and offline.In-depth interviews were conducted with the staff of the social work station and related multi-subjects,and appropriate questionnaires were distributed to collect quantitative data.Based on my internship experience in Chengdu urban social work Station,the current situation of the social work station was comprehensively evaluated and analyzed.In the aspect of background assessment,this paper mainly discusses the undertaking organization,position construction and demand assessment of social work stations,and finds that there are some problems such as unclear functional positioning and low recognition of social work stations.At the input evaluation level,it is found that there are insufficient resource mobilization and integration problems from the perspective of human and financial input,resource link and professional service activities.At the level of implementation evaluation,through the daily operation and process evaluation of social work stations,it is reflected that the logic of linkage is not clear and the mechanism is not perfect.At the level of result evaluation,the project output and service satisfaction and influence are evaluated,and there is a tendency to focus on indicators.In the actual operation,there are also problems of too fast promotion and short project system.Therefore,for the long-term development of social work stations,this study sorted out feasible optimization countermeasures by inquiring relevant information and consulting senior teachers: 1.Clarify the positioning of social work stations at all levels and strengthen the role of social work;2.Make good use of resources and establish a resource operation mechanism for all-region connectivity;3.Establish effective linkage mechanism to form joint action of social work service;4.Weakening the assessment of the number of social work stations and focusing on the assessment of service quality;5.Improve the supporting policy system and strengthen the operation and management of social work stations.At the end of the article,the author introspects and summarizes the article,hoping that the social work station can develop stably for a long time and better promote the modernization construction of grassroots governance.
