Male kindergarten teachers have outstanding specialties in kindergartens,are irreplaceable,and have a positive effect on kindergartens and young children.However,at present,the high turnover rate and turnover rate of male kindergarten teachers have led to a sparse number of male kindergarten teachers,and many male kindergarten teachers are reluctant to stay in kindergartens.How to help more male kindergarten teachers work smoothly and develop with peace of mind in kindergarten?How to attract more future male kindergarten teachers to work in kindergartens?Finding the root cause of keeping male kindergarten teachers working in kindergarten has become an urgent issue to discuss at this time.In this study,two male kindergarten teachers who have been working in kindergartens for many years: Teacher T and Teacher Z were selected as the research subjects.Through multiple interviews in multiple places and in various forms,we learned about the basic situation of the two male preschool teachers and the stories of their work for many years,and recorded and sorted the stories according to the time sequence and the nature of the story itself.Based on the narration of the two male preschool teachers,this study continues to analyze and summarize the reasons why the two male preschool teachers can persist in working in kindergarten for many years by combining their own conditions and fragmented speech expressions.And reached an agreement with two male preschool teachers on the results of the analysis.The conclusion is:1.The advantages of male kindergarten teachers in kindergarten teaching-related work have brought new vitality and self-identification to kindergartens.2.The unique role of male kindergarten teachers in early childhood education makes them realize the important value of their existence.3.Male kindergarten teachers have obtained psychological satisfaction at work,which mainly includes three aspects: obtaining a sense of professional identity,finding a sense of professional happiness,and having a sense of professional belonging.4.A balance between reality and expectations has been achieved.After reaching a consensus with the two male kindergarten teachers on the reasons for perseverance,the researchers discussed and made suggestions on how to help more male kindergarten teachers stay in kindergarten. |
