For a long time,Happiness is the theme and a vital thing in human's life,which all human beings need and run far,and it is also the need and pursuit of all people.We human beings would have no past,no present and even no future without pursing happiness.Today,with the flourishing building of the harmonious society and the ever-increasing standard of living of people,the need for a better life is more and more urgent.In fact,the need for a better life implies a search for a happy life.For the group of teachers,"the sense of happiness" is also increasingly prominent and striking.As the indispensable "minority" group among teachers,male kindergarten teachers are not only meet the needs of young children's mental health growth but also comply with the development trend of early childhood education.However,the work status of male kindergarten teachers is not optimistic,"the number of sparse," "serious loss,""low survival rate" are indisputable,and these are closely related to male kindergarten teachers' professional happiness,but at present there are only several studies on male kindergarten teachers' professional happiness.This study is based on the review of domestic and foreign researches on male kindergarten teachers and teachers' professional happiness,using the method of narrative research to describe and analyze the three male kindergarten teachers'professional happiness truthfully,mainly from the emotional dimension,organization dimension,occupation dimension,social dimension,cognitive dimension and the dimension of self-realization.Through the narration of the three teachers' professional happiness,showing the status of male kindergartens teachers' professional happiness truthfully,and the study also summarized that the male kindergarten teachers'professional happiness mainly comes from love for their own profession,sincere and simple love of children,harmonious interpersonal relationships,leadership's support and affirmation,good working atmosphere,positive social support and their own professional growth.The study also reveals the main reasons for the loss of professional happiness of male teachers in kindergartens are low wages,huge economic pressure;the traditional concept of deep misunderstanding,low social status;heavy and trivial tasks;"paternalism" management system,discordant interpersonal relationships;lack of awareness of their own advantages,low professional identity;lack of career planning,professional level to be improved.After research and analysis,researcher believes that society,kindergartens and individuals should be taken to improve the professional happiness of the male teachers in kindergartens.First of all,optimizing the social environment that is conducive to enhancing the professional happiness of male teachers in kindergartens:increasing publicity and improving social status;raising salary and benefits,and ensuring material welfare;obtaining children's parental trust and respect,and striving for family understanding and support.Secondly,building an organizational environment conducive to enhancing the professional happiness of male teachers in kindergartens:creating "humanization" of the management environment and a good social environment;promoting the male teachers' professional advantages and paying more attention to the professional growth of male kindergarten teachers;reducing workload and enriching leisure activities.Thirdly,creating a personal environment that helps improve the professional happiness of male teachers in Kindergartens:enhancing their professional identity,cultivating positive career attitudes;perfecting their professional personalities,improving their psychological quality;and exploring their own professional strengths and improving their professional accomplishments.The purpose of this study is to reveal and describe the real status of the professional life of first-line male kindergarten teachers,and to guide people to pay attention to and value the professional value and occupational appeal of male kindergarten teachers so as to strengthen the construction of kindergarten teachers and promote the overall harmonious development of kindergarten teachers.
