Teenagers in junior high school develop rapidly and have a stronger sense of independence,but they have not yet formed stable values and personality.at this stage,if families and schools lack proper education and management of teenagers,teenagers are very easy to have a series of deviant behaviors,such as truancy,cheating,fighting,campus bullying,running away from home and so on.These deviant behaviors are not conducive to the physical and mental health of young people,learning and accumulation of scientific and cultural knowledge and future development.In addition,the deviant behavior of junior high school students causes damage to school discipline,and is not conducive to the establishment of harmonious family relations and harmonious social relations.If we do not find a suitable way to correct the deviant behavior in time,it may turn into illegal and criminal activities.The influencing factors of junior high school students’ deviant behavior are various,mainly concentrated in junior high school students’ individual,family,school,society and so on.At present,scholars’ suggestions on alleviating teenagers’ deviant behavior are mainly focused on the family and school level.Case social work has unique professional advantages in correcting teenagers’ deviant behavior.the professional methods,skills and values of social work are conducive to establishing a good professional relationship between social workers and service objects.providing individual service process for service object is beneficial to the improvement of service object’s deviant behavior and the recovery of social function.On the basis of practice,taking teenagers as the research object,this paper studies and analyzes the service object Xiao D by using cognitive behavior theory,ecosystem theory and combined family therapy model.First of all,the basic situation of the service object Xiao D is analyzed,by analyzing the living environment of the service object,clarifying the deviant behavior problems of the service object,and estimating the needs of the service object.draw up a service agreement with the service object and formulate the corresponding service goal;secondly,in the process of practice,it provides eight personalized and humanized casework services for the service object.To a certain extent,it improves the unreasonable belief of the service object about family members and learning,alleviates the family relationship of the service object,re-establishes the confidence in learning,and finally achieves the goal of alleviating the deviant behavior of the service object.and to a certain extent,improve the service object’s study-weariness,make the service object re-establish confidence,and lay a certain foundation for the future study and life.This practical study shows that casework service for teenagers’ deviant behavior correction has great advantages.this study traces the deep-seated problems of family members according to the causes of service object’s deviant behavior,and formulates corresponding service plans according to these problems.change the way of communication between family members and improve the relationship between family members.Then gradually improve the family relationship to affect the service object’s cognition,behavior habits and so on,to help the service object to alleviate their deviant behavior.To lay the foundation for the healthy growth of teenagers,and to provide reference for individual social work intervention in adolescent deviant behavior.The deficiency of this study is that this study is only a case-by-case analysis and can not be promoted as a universal method to solve the problem.
