| Adolescent deviant behavior refers to teenagers deviating from social norms due to the influence of society,family environment,peers and school,including truancy,fighting,addiction to the Internet and other behaviors.Influenced by their social environment,family environment,peers,school and their own physiological and psychological characteristics,rural teenagers are often prone to deviant behavior,which has a negative impact on their own social development.This study takes rural teenager A as the research object,and explores the causes of rural teenager’s deviant behavior and the correction methods and skills through individual case correction of A’s deviant behavior.First of all,the author sorted out the relevant research at home and abroad,understood the relevant research on social work intervention in rural adolescents’ deviant behavior,defined the relevant concepts,and analyzed the main theoretical basis.On this basis,using the method of observation method,interview method and questionnaire to collect information related to the service object,estimate the difficulties facing the service object,to understand and analysis the service object to know their deviant behavior,induction of the service object causes of deviation behavior and the demand of the service object,such as for the practical work smoothly to provide data;Secondly,based on the theory of cognitive behavior theory and advantages perspective,according to preliminary data,through the analysis to develop a against the involvement of the service object demand plan,focus on description and analysis of the practice of rural juvenile delinquency correction process,through the practice of intervention and correcting the deviation behavior of service object,make it change unreasonable cognition,improve the family relationship,correct understanding of the network,Improve social adaptability;Finally,the practical work is evaluated and summarized,combining theory and practice to explore the causes of rural teenagers’ deviant behavior and put forward reasonable suggestions.The following conclusions are drawn from the study: First,case work is targeted and effective in correcting deviant behaviors of rural teenagers.Through the method of case work,the theory of cognitive behavior and the theory of advantage perspective are fully used to help the service object to change the unreasonable cognition,improve the family relationship,correct knowledge network,excavate the advantages of the service object,correct their deviant behavior,and promote their own development.Second,the deviant behavior of rural adolescents is the result of the interaction between multiple systems.Through the research,it is found that the deviant behavior of rural teenagers is caused by the lack or insufficiency of social function,school function and family function,as well as the insufficiency and obstruction of the support,flow and communication of various ecosystems.Therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the role of social workers as educators,resource linker and advocates to prevent the emergence of deviant behaviors of rural teenagers.This paper aims to give full play to the professional advantages of social work and use the method of case work to help rural teenager A correct his deviant behavior,so as to provide reference for social work to intervene in the correction of deviant behavior of rural teenagers. |
