| In recent years,as a large number of vulnerable groups in our society,the government and social forces pay more and more attention to the growth of children in distress.With the improvement of China’s social welfare,school-age children with difficulties have gradually received attention and support from the society.Most of them are prone to inferiority complex and emotional instability in the process of growing up due to family environment constraints,children’s own fate and complex physiological defects,as well as inevitable physiological and psychological changes in the academic stage,which leads to their deviant behavior.These deviant behaviors will affect children’s physical and mental health development and normal life,and it is difficult to achieve socialized development.Therefore,social work professional services must be involved in the deviant behavior of school-age children.Combined with the real work experience during the social work internship,this study takes the school-age children in distress in the children’s Welfare Hospital of X city,Guangdong Province as the service object.In the process of service,it is found that the deviant behavior of children in school-age difficulties in the welfare home is more serious.This study takes Xiao Li as the case owner.After evaluation,it is found that social workers mainly intervene from the internal deviant behavior,academic burnout deviant behavior,external deviant behavior and other problems of the case owner.According to the skills of case work,take cognitive behavior theory as the main theory to intervene,correct the cognitive deviation of the case owner and improve the sense of self-identity;Improve academic burnout and cultivate learning interest;Help to establish a good interpersonal network and improve social skills;Assist the case owner to reasonably vent bad emotions and correct extreme behavior.In the case service,social workers found that the deviant behavior problems of school-age difficult children were mainly due to wrong cognition and lack of correct guidance,which led to the emergence of behavior deviation;Cognitive behavior theory has advantages in intervening in school-age children’s deviant behavior.It mainly improves their cognition from the individual cognitive level,so as to correct deviant behavior,but it also has some limitations.The problem of deviant behavior of school-age children with difficulties is caused by many factors.Therefore,social workers put forward suggestions on the parenting mode of institutions,social care for children with difficulties,broadening the field of social work and other factors,so as to provide reference for the deviant behavior of school-age children with difficulties involved in social work. |
