Heart-to-heart talk is the most basic working mode and method for college counselors engaged in ideological and political education,the basic requirement of professional quality of college counselors,and the key link to improve the effect and quality of ideological and political education.From the perspective of ideological and political education methodology,heart-to-heart talk is the cognitive method and implementation method of ideological and political education.As a method,heart-to-heart talk has its own theoretical basis,specific application,type characteristics and artistic application.At present,there are still many problems to be solved in the cognition and application of the heart-to-heart talk method and the effectiveness of the work of college counselors.The proper use of the heart-to-heart talk method can improve the ideological exchange,psychological counseling and emotional communication between counselors and students through sincere exchanges and interactions and careful listening with equality and respect.Effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students and the work quality of college counselors.Therefore,the research of this topic has very important theoretical value and practical significance.Heart-to-heart talk is a basic educational method that realizes information transmission,theoretical indoctrination,ideological exchange,psychological counseling,emotional integration and value guidance through in-depth,heart-to-heart talk and discourse exchange between subject and object.The focus of conversation is to master the ideological status and psychological activities of the conversation object,and to exchange ideas and blend emotions with a theme and purpose.The method of heart-to-heart talk is the comprehensive application of many kinds of ideological and political education methods.College counselors need to follow the principles of combining the guiding and ideological nature of heart-to-heart talk,combining the scientific and artistic nature of heart-to-heart talk,and combining the flexibility and effectiveness of heart-to-heart talk.Through the survey found,using the method of heart-to-heart talk of university counselors to carry out ideological and political education has obtained more beneficial experience,but there are still many problems to be solved,for heart-to-heart talk method using the requirements and principles,based on the research found that the real problem,put forward by applying the method of heart-to-heart talk of university counselors to carry out the practice of ideological and political education work strategy is the focus of this study.In the new era,the work of college counselors is facing new opportunities and challenges.College counselors need to constantly improve their working methods and abilities in their work practice.One is to scientifically grasp the application of requirements and principles,and give play to the effectiveness of heart-to-heart talk method in the work of counselors;Second,to strengthen the professional quality of counselors,enhance the ability to use the method of talk;The third is to create favorable conditions for counselors to use heart-to-heart talk to promote students’ healthy and comprehensive development;Fourthly,teachers should teach students according to their aptitude and give classified guidance to strengthen the effect of counselors’ using heart-to-heart talk method;Fifth,we should focus on students and give full play to the important role of heart-to-heart talk.Take six universities in Liaoning province for example,through effective countermeasures,promote the application research of heart-to-heart talk method in the work of college counselors.
