| Cardiac reserve(CR)refers to the size of the heart’s potential. It mainly includes the two aspects of heart force change and heart rate change. It is an important reference indicator for the evaluation of athletes’ heart function. The size of the heart reserve is related to whether the athlete can safely withstand daily stress Intensive training and intense field competition.Cardiac reserve monitoring can enable athletes to understand the possible effects and harms of disease and stress on the heart, and consciously prevent heart damage. At present, the research on the heart reserve of athletes in the literature reports mainly includes: judo athletes, sprinters, weightlifters, swimmers, taekwondo athletes, and sports training students in the college of physical education, etc.,and the monitoring of the heart state of college tennis players No reports yet.In order to ascertain the heart reserve of college tennis players in Chongqing universities, this study uses a sports heart rate monitor and a heart sound map exercise test method to select 36 college tennis players in three colleges in Chongqing as research objects, and respectively measure college tennis Athletes use the heart rate,1/4,1/2,3/4,and full exercise, and the immediate heart sounds of the recovery period(that is,the immediate heart sounds of 1 minute,3 minutes, and 5 minutes of rest). The D / S ratio and the relative value of the first heart sound amplitude(S1 / S1)were used to evaluate and analyze the cardiac reserve of college tennis players in Chongqing. The research results show that:(1)College tennis players have good heart blood supply and adequate heart blood supply. At rest,94.4% of the athletes were in healthy state of heart blood supply, and 5.6% were below the healthy level of athletes ’blood supply. No pathological condition was found;among them, athletes with D / S ratio greater than 2 accounted for 55.5%,and tennis players greater than 1.7 Ratio of 80.5%;D / S ratio declines steadily under sports load,99% of athletes have a D / S ratio greater than 1;D / S ratio gradually recovers during the rest recovery period.(2)College tennis players have good cardiovascular function, but their recovery ability after exercise is not strong, they have insufficient heart reserve and poor endurance during exercise, and the daily tennis training intensity and density have not reached enough training volume.(3)Tennis players who often maintain sufficient tennis training and strength are better at heart reserves. When long-term adherence to sufficient tennis training or competition, the heart will use heart rate reserve and systolic reserve to increase cardiac output, which can enhance myocardial contractility, improve heart reserve, maintain heart safety, and avoid myocardial damage.(4)Evaluation of cardiac reserve and cardiac safety is a judgment made by combining various indicators. The performance of heart rate,D / S ratio and the change trend of heart power in the quiet state and the gradual change process of exercise load and the dynamic changes during the rest recovery period can be It provides reference indicators for tennis players ’cardiac safety monitoring,pre-match safety screening, exercise training intensity and density monitoring, and provides supplementary methods for athletes’ post-training recovery monitoring. |
