Research On College Counselors’ Heart To Heart Talk Based On The Improvement Of Students’ Satisfaction

As an important part of College Students’ Ideological and political education team,college counselors are the guiders on the road of College Students’ growth and success.In the practice of College Students’ work,heart to heart talk runs through the process of College Counselors’ playing various functions,and has become an important carrier for counselors’ Ideological Education and daily work management.From the perspective of improving students’ satisfaction,this paper grasps the situation of counselors’ heart to heart talk through the survey of students’ satisfaction.On this basis,explore strategies to further improve the work level of College Counselors’ heart to heart talk,give full play to the educational function of heart to heart talk in counselors’ work practice and promote the all-round development of students.This paper uses the literature research method to collect and study the relevant literature.At the same time,it systematically studies and expounds the relevant background,the meaning of relevant concepts,the basic principles and the important significance of College Counselors’ heart to heart talk,and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of College Counselors’ heart to heart talk based on the improvement of students’ satisfaction.On this basis,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to draw up the questions of the questionnaire survey and determine the survey object on the basis of systematic analysis and summary of previous studies and combined with the actual situation.Collect and master relevant data through questionnaire survey,and use relevant data analysis and processing software to statistically understand the specific situation of the heart to heart talk process,and make statistical analysis on students’ satisfaction from the aspects of preparation,attitude and etiquette,language expression,communication skills,continuity and effectiveness of the heart to heart talk.In this process,this paper also used the method of individual interview,combined with the relevant questions of the questionnaire to interview some students,so as to have a more in-depth and detailed understanding of all aspects of College Counselors’ heart to heart talk.By analyzing the questionnaire data and combining the results of student interviews,this paper understands and grasps the actual situation of College Counselors’ heart to heart talks,finds and summarizes the relevant problems in the process of heart to heart talks.In the actual work,the attention of heart to heart talk to the actual needs of the student group needs to be further improved,and the grasp of the work process and link quality is insufficient.At the same time,the carrier application ability of heart to heart talk and the professional construction level of the working team need to be further improved,and the working mechanism of heart to heart talk needs to be further improved;In view of the problems found,the following promotion paths are put forward: paying attention to the actual needs of the student group;Pay attention to each link of the working process of heart to heart talk;Give full play to the advantages of online download entities and promote each other;Tamp the hard power of the talk team;Strengthen the working mechanism and standardization construction;...
