Moral education is an important content of teachers’ work,and also an important guarantee for teachers to do a good job in education and teaching.A heart-to-heart talk education is an important way for teachers to carry out moral education,which is widely used in educational practice.However,most teachers use a heart-to-heart talk education in a state of "daily use without thinking".—— for many questions about a heart-to-heart talk education,such as: what kind of talk can be called a heart-to-heart talk education? What is the difference between a heart-to-heart talk education and moral persuading education of moral ? What are the advantages of a heart-to-heart talk education.And so on.Most teachers do not think deeply about it.The existing educational research and moral education research have not made any researches and answers to these questions.In this paper,it will take the literature survey,questionnaire method and interviewing method to study in-depth education of senior primary school teachers,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the existing problems.At first,this study uses the literature survey to briefly review the research status of a heart-to-heart talk education,defines the concept and types analysis,and discusses the values and principles to be followed from the perspective of theory and practice.On this basis,through the interview of senior teachers and students of Hefei R Primary School,the current situation of a heart-to-heart talk education,and other education cases,.Firstly,when teachers often use to a heart-to-heart talk education,they would prefer utilitarian a heart-to-heart talk education.Secondly,when teachers use to a heart-to-heart talk education’s ways,they will follow their heart.However,it will largely due to lack of thinking and planning.Thirdly,in the school,lacked of supporting education measures,teachers are having an indifferent attitude.The main reasons for these problems lie in two aspects,on the one hand,teachers pay too much attention to practical,lack of theoretical learning.The implementation of a heart-to-heart talk education is too dependent on experience,lack of method consciousness,;Too much attention to the utilitarian results of a heart-to-heart talk education,lack of care for "everyone";The implementation of a heart-to-heart talk education is eager,lack of patience and listening.On the other hand,schools do not pay enough attention to a heart-to-heart talk education and have an insufficient resource guarantee.The specific: lack of relevant facilities for talk places,insufficient hardware guarantee;lack of a heart-to-heart talk education training for teachers,insufficient software guarantee;arrangement of non-teaching tasks,cut the time of a heart-to-heart talk education.In view of the above problems,this study puts forward the following suggestions for teachers and schools:(1)Teachers:comprehensive coverage of a heart-to-heart talk education objects;properly capture the opportunity of a heart-to-heart talk education;choose appropriate a heart-to-heart talk education places,and use appropriate a heart-to-heart talk education methods.(2)School: vigorously carry out a heart-to-heart talk education training to ensure the quality of talk of time;offer some good facilities and environments,and support teachers’ a heart-to-heart talk education. |
