AIM:To provide theoretical basis for the further exploration of relationship between HRV and scientific exercise, and to detect influence factors of HRV:1) The changes of each index of heart rate variability (HRV)in middle and aged women before and after regular and quantitative exercises.2) The character of curve fitting and the Feasibility of the new indexes-HRV in Middle and Aged female.3) The correlation between idiosyncratic anxiety and heart rate variability and heart rate.4) The correlation between blood pressure and heart rate variability and heart rate.5) The relationship between body BMI and HRV in healthy middle and aged women whose age≥46.METHODS:1) 1,356 healthy middle-aged women were divided into two groups, the qigong groups and the control groups, by researchers and testing the changes in HRV before and after exerse ,which guided by the stsff, then testing and analyzing the character of HRV at each stage of the quantified loading test between two groups.2) Testing the value of Physical Fitness Indexes before or after exerse in 1,356 healthy middle-aged women, which guided by the stsffs, then testing and analyzing the character of Physical Fitness Indexes and HRV at all stages of the quantified loading test.3) 325 middle and aged women completed idiosyncratic anxiety questionnaire and ECG were recorded used to analyze the HRV. The correlation between anxiety and HRV and heart rate were analyzed and HRV and heart rate were compared between different levels of anxiety.4) 346 middle and aged women completed health questionnaire and ECG were recorded used to analyze the HRV. Then divided into 2groups according BP: High BP group (n=258) and normal BP group(n=92) and HRV and heart rate were compared between the two group.5) All the subjects were divided into2 groups according BMI:low BMI group(BMI 25.32~41.76,n=127),High BMI group(BMI25.32~41.76,n=129).All subjects underwent ambulatory for with (Holter) monitoring HRV.RESULTS:1) HF first decline after rising slowly (P> 0.05), the value of SD1, SD2 increase rapidly (p <0.01) after exercise in the control group; the value of LF and RMSSD Decline slowly (P> 0.05)in all stages of the exercises, LF(P <0.05) fall rapidly after exercise in qigong groups;compare with control group, RMSSD significant decline (p <0.01),HF value rapid decline(p <0.05) but still higher after exercise; It is suggested that both the tension of Sympathetic Nerves systerm and Parasympathetic Neurons are decline after exercise in qigong group.2) Heart function tests quantitative examination can be used as experimental index; The physical level can be divided into three stages, decline phaseⅠ,ⅡandⅢ,according with the fitting Curve of the relevant physical indxes in Middle and Aged female.3) No significant correlation was found between anxiety and HRV. There was an inverse relationship between anxiety and heart rate. Low anxiety individuals have faster heart rate than that of high anxiety (P<0.05).4) High BMI group HF,RMSSD which is reprent pneumogastric nerve is lower but not signifisant and HR is signifisant lower than Low BMI group.5) High BP group HF,LF/HF,RMSSD,SD1,SD2 is lower but not signifisant and HR is signifisant lower than Low BMI group.CONCLUSION:1) The HRV values of the middle and aged women in Nanchang accord with the characteristic of middle and aged healthy people.2) The regulation fuction of Qigong group is better than the control group before and during the exercise. The values of SD1,SD2,RMSSD in Qigong group are different with the previous research.3) The physical level can be divided into three stages, decline phaseⅠ,ⅡandⅢ,according with the fitting Curve of the relevant physical indxes in Middle and Aged female4) Physiological measuresare lack of sensitivity to assess idiosyncratic anxiety and have disagreement with self reported anxiety. Heart rate has the more sensitivity to idiosyncratic anxiety.5) Compared with low BP group, HRV index of pneumogastric nerve of high BP group were decreased, but it is not significant.BP is an important infuluence factor when study HRV.6) The parasympathetic system of healthy middle and aged women was infuluenced by BMI in a certain extent .Compared with low BMI group , Pneumogastric HRV index of high BMI group were decreased, but it is not significant.
