With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,how to reform the traditional class management mode has increasingly become the focal spot.The scientific class independent management mode has attracted more and more attention of educators.However,in the practice of class management,there being formalism in the self-management of a lot of classes.Students do not fully participate in the course of class self-management,so that students’ class self-management ability can not be exercised and improved.Because of the special geographical position and enrollment of the urban-rural schools,there are so many problems existing in the class of autonomous management,for example: students’ working passion and enthusiasm to participate in class autonomous management is too low,autonomous management working of class is harder to begin or ineffective,and students lack of the opportunities and platform to participate in the class autonomous management,etc.Every teacher should think deeply about how to seek solutions to these problems.Consequently,based on the current status of Class 14,Grade2,2020 Session,the researcher who is the head teacher,showing that this study should be carried out,trying to improve class self-management through the implementation of the scheme,so as to improve the efficiency of class management.The Evaluation Form of Students’ Class Self-management Ability Level is being put to use and combine the method of interview to evaluate the students’ class self-management ability level.The evaluation found that the main factors which leading to many problems in the class self-management ability of students at this stage are: the students’ self-management ability is low;students lack of the consciousness of participating in class self-management;the goal of class self-management is vague;lack of democracy and participation in class organization and class system management;there are being formalism and class culture management is superficial.According to the evaluation results,the action plan,which is divided into two rounds,is designed according to relevant theories.The first round of action plan mainly includes:publicity to improve the awareness of students to participate in class self-management;developing "in-class" self-management;making scientific,democratic and reasonable class independent management goals.The second round of action research including: the construction of democratic class organization should be made;class system management should be standardize and reasonable;to build a rich variety of class culture and activities.After each round of research,using the evaluation form and interview again to evaluate the implementation of the research.By analyzing the results of contrast before and after of the research,and comparing the students’ class self-management ability before and after the implementation of research,to further analysis and discussion on the ability of the students of class autonomous management.After this research and self-examination,several suggestions were put forward to improve students’ awareness of participation and implementation of this research:(1)some methods that can improve students’ initiative in the process of class management can be adopted;(2)attach importance to the establishment of explicit class objectives;(3)a reasonable class organization and perfect class rules and regulations should come into being;(4)build a variety of practical platforms to develop students’ ability of class self-management;(5)cultivate and improve students’ self-management ability,etc.The outcome of this study can be used as a reference for the implementation of class self-management in urban-rural schools,which can provide useful enlightenment and reference. |
