| Because of its special education environment and complex students,the school in the urban-rural fringe brings many difficulties to the education management.How to deal with these problems is a problem that every school administrator in the urban-rural fringe must consider.As the most basic part of school management,how to manage classes scientifically and efficiently is the first choice to solve the problem of school education in the urban-rural fringe.The class management of junior middle school in the urban-rural fringe has certain typicality and complexity.Among them,the family background of the students is complex and diversified.The parents are mainly local residents,migrant workers,remote rural villagers in the region,and a small number of citizens.Parents are generally lower than junior high school education level,education awareness and education literacy are relatively scarce.There are more left behind children,divorced children and single parent children.In this family background,many parents do not pay attention to their children's education or do not have time to supervise their children,resulting in the lack of family education and family care for many students,the overall quality of students is low,the behavior habits and learning habits are poor,which brings great difficulties and challenges to the management of the head teacher.Based on this,the author chooses the class management of L middle school in the urban-rural fringe of Liuzhou City as the research object.First of all,this paper summarizes the research of experts and scholars on class management theory,class management practice,urban and rural schools and students.Then,using questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes six dimensions of class management concept,class management content,class management method,class management effect,class teacher's personal ability improvement,parents' participation in class management To investigate the current situation of class management of junior high school in the urban-rural fringe.In order to find out the six outstanding problems in class management:the lack of theoretical guidance in the management of the head teacher,the imperfect construction of the class system,the traditional and casual management of the class,the lack of passion in the work of the head teacher,the lack of enthusiasm of the teachers for class management,the lack of parental assistance in class management.This paper analyzes the reasons from six aspects:the lack of opportunity and motivation of theoretical study,the lack of attention to the construction of class system,the lack of scientificity of class management,the lack of motivation in the work of class teachers,the lack of two-way interaction between the class teachers and the teachers,and the lack of cooperation between parents and class management.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward:the teacher in charge of the class should strengthen the theoretical study,implement the construction of the class system,implement the scientific class management mode,improve the enthusiasm of the teacher in charge of the class,encourage the teacher in charge of the class to participate in the class management,and stimulate the enthusiasm of the parents to participate in the class management. |
