Informal groups objectively exist in high school classes and have a significant impact on individual students and class management,which cannot be ignored in class management.Due to the complex source of high school students in the urban-rural fringe,the informal groups formed are more complex and diverse.Whether the informal groups can be effectively managed not only affects the physical and mental health development of students,but also affects the construction of good class collectives.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the informal group management of high school classes in urban-rural fringe.On the one hand,it can enrich the theoretical research on the management of informal groups in the urban-rural fringe high school classes;On the other hand,it can promote the physical and mental health development of high school students in the urban-rural fringe,and improve the education and teaching management level of high schools in the urban-rural fringe.This paper studies the informal groups of senior high school classes in the urban-rural fringe.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper elaborates on the background of the topic selection,proposes research questions based on the analysis of the current situation at home and abroad,and clarifies the purpose,significance,ideas,and methods of this study.The concepts of urban-rural fringe,informal groups,informal class groups,class management strategy are defined,and the hierarchy of needs theory and interpersonal relationship theory are introduced,which points out the direction for research.Secondly,it investigates the current situation of informal groups in the urban-rural fringe high school classes.Taking J High School in Jingzhou City,Hubei Province as the research object,this paper investigates the existence,the spatial scope of communication,the content of activities,characteristics,types,causes,impacts and management status of informal groups by means of questionnaires and interviews.Thirdly,it analyzes the current situation of informal groups in the urban-rural fringe high school classes.Data were collected and analyzed using SPSS26.0 software through questionnaire and interview survey.The results show that there are two reasons for the formation of informal groups in high school classes in urban-rural fringe.Internal reasons include common interests and hobbies;Similar or complementary personalities;The need for communication;The acquisition of a sense of identity and belonging.External reasons include geographical proximity,the continuation of "school" relationships,family reasons,school reasons.The characteristics include the spontaneity of formation,the concealment of structure,the diversity of types,the blindness of action,the strong exclusivity,the authority of the "core figure",the frequent communication and the arbitrariness of speech.The impact includes the dual impact on individual students and class management.The problems in management include the lack of correct understanding and guidance for informal groups,the single and one-sided class management content,the lack of relevant management system of informal groups,and the serious lack of educational synergy.Finally,according to the causes,characteristics and influences of informal groups in the urban-rural fringe high school classes,and addressing the problems in management,this paper puts forward the following strategies from the perspective of educational managers: to improve the understanding of informal groups;Strengthen the construction of class culture;Establish a relevant management system for informal student groups;Build an educational community through joint efforts from multiple parties.
