The thesis focuses on the current situations of class self-management in the boarding high school L middle school in the fringe of urban and rural areas.Class self-management means that under guidance of the head teacher,in order to achieve the development goals of the class,with the help of the initiative,subjectivity and creativity,all of the students participate in the daily affairs management and class activities of the class.It promotes students’ self-management awareness,enhances their self-management ability and creativity,and forms the key ability and competence to adapt to future social development and achieve life-long development,and ultimately help students to become a full,harmonious and comprehensive development of person.This paper takes 843 students from Shantou L middle school,a boarding high school located in the fringe of urban and rural areas,as the research object.The paper not only uses questionnaire survey as the main research method to collect data,but also interview students,head teachers,and observe the head teachers in the working day.The collected data were statistically analyzed by descriptive statistics and independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA,with the help of software spss25.0.It is found that the class management of L middle school has the following problems: students’ enthusiasm to participate in class self-management is not high;the self-discipline of night self-study is not enough;students are lacking in the opportunities to show their talents,and their understanding of class self-management is not sufficient.As for the head teachers,the head teachers have to work in the long hours in the workday,and lack of scientific class management concepts and methods.In order to enable students to take an active part in the class self-management,the paper proposes the optimization strategy of self-management from the two aspects of the main factors of class self-management and the construction of class self-management mechanism.The main factors of class self-management are involved in the aspects of student and head teacher.Regarding the construction of class self-management mechanism,it mainly includes: First,determine the class goal guided by the concept of student development;Second,establish and improve the class management system and scientifically standardize the class self-management;Third,provide students with a variety of opportunities for self-management through class activities;Fourth,build an autonomous and participatory class organization structure to cultivate students’ sense of responsibility;Fifth,improve the evaluation mechanism of autonomous and participatory class management;Sixth,implement guarantee of high school class independent management. |
