With the acceleration of urbanization,the urban-rural fringe has become the main spatial carrier of urbanization,and it is also an area with rapid changes and many problems.The special geographical location of the urban-rural fringe also makes the student management problems in this area have obvious regional differences,which are more complex and diversified.In this context,the education problems of students in the urban-rural fringe are derived.In particular,the implementation of the "double reduction" policy will face greater challenges and higher requirements for students in the urban-rural fringe.Improving students’ autonomous management ability is not only an inevitable measure of educational development,but also to meet the needs of the development of the times,and help students in the urban-rural fringe better adapt to the environment and develop themselves.This paper takes the senior students of L primary school in the urban-rural fringe of Xinxiang City as the survey object,and mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire and interview to understand the current situation and problems of students’ self-management ability in the urban-rural fringe.Through the questionnaire of students and parents,this paper investigates and analyzes the characteristics of students’ self-management in the urban-rural fringe from four dimensions: self-management life,self-management learning,self-management communication and self-management time.Combined with the relevant interviews with students,parents and teachers,this paper further analyzes the existing problems from the current situation and the causes behind them,in order to put forward the implementation strategies that are more in line with the characteristics of students in the urban-rural fringe.It is hoped that this study will provide some theoretical basis and guidance for workers in the urban-rural fringe in student management,strengthen the cultivation of students’ autonomous management ability,and provide corresponding value reference for similar schools in the improvement of students’ autonomous management ability.According to the survey results,this paper analyzes the beneficial exploration of L primary school in cultivating students’ self-management in the urban-rural fringe,and finds that there are still the following problems in the self-management of senior students in the urban-rural fringe: for example,the awareness of self-management life is weak;The content of management is single,the driving force of learning cognition is insufficient,and the consciousness of lasting learning is lacking;More reliance on electronic products and weak self-management ability of learning tasks;More sensitive to the environment,poor psychological self-regulation ability and lack of correct communication concept;The lack of overall arrangement ability leads to a large waste of time.To explore the reasons,in addition to students’ own factors,it also includes family,school,teachers and social factors.Combined with educational practice,this paper puts forward several implementation strategies,such as strengthening students’ theoretical learning and improving their awareness of independent management;Schools should create a self managed campus environment;Teachers should improve their own quality and strengthen the guiding ability of students’ independent management;Parents change the concept of family education and improve the family cultural environment;Strengthen the construction of community culture and create a good educational environment and atmosphere;Create the training mechanism of "Trinity" collaborative education;At the same time,establish an open and diversified evaluation system to ensure students’ independent management. |
