Research On Group Work Services In Improving Parental Competence Of Juvenile Offender

Juvenile delinquency has always been widely concerned by all sectors of society.Professionals in judicial and social work have always been committed to a series of observation,protection,assistance and education for minors involved in conditional non prosecution cases.With the deepening of research,we gradually realize that family factor,especially the perfection of family function,is a crucial factor in a series of effects leading to juvenile delinquency.Based on this,this study examines the problems existing in the family function of the service object through a questionnaire survey,extends to the parental ability that parents can improve in this regard,and uses the intervention of professional social workers to carry out parental education for the service object,indirectly improve the family function and create a good growth environment,so as to achieve the purpose of preventing the recidivism of minors involved in crime.Finally,through the professional evaluation of the service effect to reflect the effectiveness of the service,and carry out professional reflection on the whole practical process.This study ranked the top five according to the types of minors involved in crime in 2021,and selected the parents of 20 minors involved in crime in proportion as the service objects.Through olens’ family function related overview,combined with the six family function dimensions in the family assessment de vice(FAD),it is concluded that the families of 20 service objects have all kinds of family function problems.In "Family Parenting Education and juvenile delinquency prevention",Yang Yali pointed out that the success of parenting education is directly related to the healthy growth of minors.Only by doing this work well can we strengthen family function from the source and prevent juvenile delinquency.The purpose of this study is to improve the family function of minors involved in crime by improving the parental ability of parents through the form of group work intervention in parental education.The group adopts the interactive mode,combined with family therapy theory and Eriksson personality development theory to effectively improve parents’ parenting ability.In order to improve parent-child communication and improve family problem-solving ability,so as to create a good family atmosphere and growth environment for minors involved in crime.The education and support of group work involved in parental education can not only improve the parental ability level of the parents of minors involved in crime,but also reduce the psychological tension and depression caused by their children’s crime,strengthen the transformed self-confidence,and make the final effect of the intervention more obvious.The research on the involvement of social work in the improvement of the parental ability of the parents of minors involved in crime is not only a reasonable and effective supplement and acceleration during the observation,care,assistance and education of minors involved in crime.With the continuous deepening of the local development of social work,it is particularly necessary to find a development plan in line with the national conditions.
