In recent years,with the rapid development of our society,various types of problems have become increasingly prominent,among which the involvement of minors in crime is one of the issues that has received widespread social attention.According to statistics,the number of minors involved in crime in China is on the rise,and the proportion of minors involved in major offenses is also increasing.Young people are the future of the country and their behavior and quality will have a significant impact on the development of society.Therefore,how to correct and rescue minors involved in crime has become a common concern of the relevant state departments and scholars.Social work,as a specialized activity to help people,is suitable for intervening in the correctional education of juveniles involved in crime and can play a great role in the construction of a crime prevention mechanism for juveniles.In this paper,we use the cognitive behavioral therapy approach to intervene in the correctional education of juveniles involved in crime.Social workers apply the theories and techniques of cognitive-behavioral therapy in practice,taking into account the specificities and differences of the clients,and provide services around their misconceptions and deviant behavior.From the process and effects of the intervention,the cognitive-behavioral therapy model is highly effective in the supervision and education of minors involved in crime,helping them to establish correct cognition,correct deviant behavior and return to society.By considering the whole process of supervision and education,this paper explains the application of the cognitive behavioral therapy model in the supervision and education of juveniles involved in crime and considers how to make better use of its therapeutic effect in practice,to provide useful ideas for research on the supervision and education of juveniles involved in crime. |
